Need a little updating!
My family and I were in town for my college graduation. Location was perfect as it was in the middle from the venue and the beach. The property is a little dated furniture wise, I think the TV was actually a flat screen 19’in computer monitor in one of the rooms. Lake view was nice to watch sunset The property served its purpose, just a place to stay to attend my graduation for 2 days! I give it 3 out of 5 stars. I’ll stay again if travels bring me back that way

Overall Great Time
Everything was beautiful and we had a great time. BBQ grill was dirty so we didnt use it. A ton of ants in the sunroom but we purchased ant spray, but for the price it was worth it.

Quaint family friendly place away from summer crowds
Nice little place off the beaten path with great private pier. Slept 12 and enjoyed family time in the water. Only major issue was the master bath was leaking and not usable when we arrived and it took them a couple days and 3 trips to get it fixed completely. Property manager refunded us a night's stay after I texted several times asking for an accommodation due to the inconvenience. The sunroom was a great place for the kids to hang out. They actually enjoyed the little TV w/VCR. They said it was like going back in time to watch a movie. Spent alot of time on the pier fishing and swimming. There are a few solar lights on the pier at night but otherwise you should bring several lanterns if you plan to fish at night as it is very dark. There's a ceiling fan in the photos of the pier but it doesn't work. Beds and recliners were comfortable. It was mostly clean but the closet in the master bedroom smelled faintly like sewage and there were some small brown spots splattered on the master bathtub wall. The kitchen had almost everything you needed to cook meals at home and we only ate out on one occasion. The herb garden at the entrance was wonderfully fragrant and we used some of the fresh rosemary and mint to make refreshing mocktails! The garage had plenty of chairs and floats to make fun use of the pier and my son really enjoyed using the kayak.

Family Time is our Favorite!
Lovely place with everything we needed to help make our time together a great one! Beautiful sunset views from the bay, great spot for family fishing, and plenty of backyard space for the little ones to run and play.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. It’s very roomy and spacious. If you had a bunch of kids the front sunroom would be perfect for them to stay. We loved spending time on the dock fishing and watching for dolphins. The only drawback for us I wish it was a little more private from the neighbors.

Outdated but Quant and Quiet
Location is great if you like quaint and quiet. Overall the house is very outdated and not the cleanest. Dishes were still in the dishwasher and towels were left in the dryer upon arrival. The floors didn’t appear to have been cleaned and the mattresses are very old and uncomfortable. It would have been nice if the lawn had been cut before we arrived as well. Overall the kids enjoyed the pier but hose access would be super helpful especially if you bring a boat. The house has a lot of potential but until there are major updates we will pick another location.

The house was nice. It was nice to be right on the bay...good views. The house could have been cleaner. I couldn't even find a rag to use to clean the tub or dust with. No storage containers to put leftovers in, so I left a couple for the next renters.

Overall good
We have stayed here before, so we knew what to expect. It is an older rental, but nice for big families and dogs. The pictures give an accurate depiction of house. We did have issues with the wifi, but the Gulf2Beach staff were doing everything in their power to help. There were hardly any TV channels that worked and again, the wifi didn’t get fixed until our last day there. That was inconvenient, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location
This house was a great location and spacious enough for our party. The front door lock did not fully click shut which felt a little unsafe but overall it was a great neighborhood that was quiet with great neighbors. Perfect swimming in the bay and even had dolphins come swim with us!!!

Don't waste your money! Toaster is rusted, dust on "cleaned" furniture. Food particles in silverware tray. Bay water polluted, no fish no swimming! No glider on dock no replacement chairs! Fecal matter on shower curtain! Furniture old and uncomfortable. Management threatened to change my email so I couldn't post this. Ruined my vacation.

Gulf2Beach has no control of the bay water. Usually if there is a no swimming, fishing, etc. it is due to bacteria in the water. The restrictions are to protect the public. Nowhere in the property description was there a glider or chairs provided on the pier. We were not notified that there was a cleaning issue or we would have. sent someone out to remedy the situation. That's the only way we can fix problems. We will discuss the furniture concerns with the owner. We are sorry that you were so disappointed.

The property was located in a good spot. When we arrived the house wasn’t very clean, the beds were dirty there was drinks with alcohol in the garage, apparently from the people before us. There was a huge rat that was taking our food off the counters. They need to clean better and get rid of there rodent problem. Friday morning we were monitoring the weather as there was tornado warnings out for the area, we called just to ask if we could stay a while longer just till the stormed passed and we were told no. I think that’s pretty disrespectful for them to tell a family they have to leave in a storm. I will think twice before I rent from this place again.

We stayed one month at this property. Enjoyed our stay very much. Kitchen is very well stocked and the views of the bay are spectacular. The pier is excellent. This property is in a residential area. They are building a house next door and workers started every morning by 7:30. But this looks to be completed soon. Master bed is comfortable but box springs are very noisy. And heads up there is a neighbors dog that runs loose occasionally and uses the backyard as its bathroom. And we did see an armadillo in the backyard one night. The property is convenient to Foley or Pensacola Beach (approximately 20 minute drive). We definitely plan to return again.

Perdido Beach Rental
The pier was fantastic. The sun rises and sunsets were beautiful. We missed having a small beach, but there was one about a mile away. The house was clean, but there was some trash that washed up on shore. And there was some trash left on the pier. We had enough chairs there were 3 good ones and 2 not so good. The swing on the pier was lopsided. The only item inside the house that we needed but did not find was a pizza cutter. We would definitely rent here again.

It is a nice play to get away.
This is a very nice place to relax and gather of a family. The bay area is beautiful with dolphins swimming around. It is nice and quiet, perfect place to relax. It is close to all the local beaches and Florida beaches which is a plus.

Family Time
Bay Bushes was a wonderful getaway for my family! The house was comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed. One morning a dolphin was spotted from the end of the pier and the grandkids were so excited. The kids swam as much as the weather permitted and were very tired at the end of the day. My family loves getting together and bonding by playing games. Thank you for making great memories for us!

We would rent again in a heartbeat!
This location was perfect for us. Close to our relatives and off the beaten path. This location has a great view all day, especially at sunset. Great for relaxing in the quiet on a dead end street. Convenient to groceries and dining, but not in the middle of a lot of traffic. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful.

Our Grandson is stationed at Correy Station for training. This property was excellant for our purposes. The entire family was planned but not all could make it. It was a bit cold for a couple of nights bit the house was warm in all sections. I am sure this would be a great home in the spring or summer.

The property was as represented in the photos, but the dock was down due to a storm weeks earlier. We were advised a day or two before check in that they may be working in on the dock. However, it would have been nice to have been notified earlier with the option to change our reservation. The dock was a big part of why we picked this home. Additionally the hot water was not working upon arrival. We had to call multiple times and waited two days before they came out to fix it. Michelle at the management company was extremely rude and told me she took a cold shower for two weeks after the last storm. Maybe so, but when checking into a home you would like the hot water to be working. It was a very quick fix and took the maintenance guy less than 5 minutes to fix once he arrived. Additionally the house smelled of bug spray. The smell eventually went away in the main living area but we never could get it to dissipate in the enclosed porch.

This was a very nice retreat.
A very nice retreat for us adults who just wanted to relax fish and swim at our leisure. It was nice to be on the boat dock morning noon and night seeing all the wildlife and water. My husband recently recovered for heart surgery 3 months ago so it was a great way to give his some rest and relaxation as a celebration of recovery. We had a great time and look forward to reserving this place again in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

Great location - horrible management
Still waiting to hear back from the rental agency and we checked out a few days ago. Overall the stay was nice but the communication with the rental company is a joke. Why pay an agency if you can’t even get a return email.
