“住宿白天没有冷热水，不适合旅游，很糟糕的旅行”

“What a unique find! We arrived once the sun went down but it was not a problem as we were constantly in touch with the host to let us know when we would arrive. We didn’t ride in the ATV (as other reviewers mentioned) but followed him in our SUV to our spot - which I actually would’ve preferred so we could leave after check-out when we wanted to. The host was phenomenal in explaining to us all the details that we needed to know about the spot. For an extra $10 (for my stay) I was able to have……

“Me encantó este hotel, el staff es súper amable y es súper hermoso. La comida y bebidas son riquísimas. Eso sí. Áreas para mejorar: la piscina estaba media sucia con hojas e insectos, las toallas apestaban a un poco abombadas y no hay servicio de hielo ni agua cuando cierra el restaurante. Además el paquete de desayuno siento que no vale la pena ya que cuesta más o menos lo mismo que si pagaras en el restaurante pero limitándote a sólo escoger unos platos en específico. A pesar de esto quiero……

“La habitación estaba limpia. El servicio de front desk fue bueno en todo momento . La seguridad del hotel en el área de piscina fue pésima . El Guardia de seguridad estaba todo el tiempo en el celular viendo vídeos y no se percató que salí desde los cuartos que dan a la piscina y me pidió que le enseñara mi banda como si hubiese entrado sin permiso a la piscina. Situación de mal gusto . El Área del jacuzzi decía que no era adecuada para niños y hasta niños pequeños entraron en el jacuzzi y……

“The hotel is in excellent condition. Ample parking and a very romantic vibe BUT is close to impossible to communicate with the staff during after hours and there was no hot running water. Also, as a VIP guest, nobody told us that of the free wine botte so we left it behind.”

“It looks like an abandoned place. The pool area looks scary and dirty. We could not sleep because of a noise coming from something loose in the balcony. The whole building needs an urgent renovation it's hard to believe that a place like this comply with all the government regulations. Way too expensive for what they have to offer.”

“Wow! What a location! Slight walk to combate beach. Very helpful staff, parking available. Pkenty of towels, outdoor shower. Small store downstairs. The place was super clean There are stairs everywhere. I saw a open elevator, but unsure if available to guest. Be advice, the gate to the parking lot needs to be opened manually and with caution as it is in the edge of a busy road.”
