The pool and hot tub are only open from 4pm to 11pm. Breakfast is waffles or cold items. Is located on a busy street. Its ok but not real service oriented. 1 elevator located at the north end.

Thank you for your review of your most recent stay. Just to clarify, we do not charge any "extra" fees. Expedia posts on our booking page that we collect a 50 incidental fee at check-in for all guests regardless of how you book the room. This is not unique for only Expedia customers. It is also posted that we authorize your first night once you are within your free cancellation period and no longer able to cancel at no charge.Sorry you missed those postings but hope we do see you again.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to in my life, to make matters worse the door would not lock. Went downstairs and with the language barrier it was impossible to get anywhere. So just checked right back out and left. Do not stay here!

Breakfast was very limited…cereal, bagels, waffles. No protein at all and no cold water. Coffee was terrible. Room was clean, but tight in space. Hot tub only worked for about 5 minutes and no towels in the pool area, so had to use towel(s) from the room.

Denise H,Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry you were not completely satisfied with your stay. Our breakfast does consist of the items you mentioned and it does lack a hot protein but we do that to keep the cost down and would rather save people money on their room. We are the best value in our area with the lowest rates (70 Su-Th typically). We also offer donuts, danish, fruit, and yogurt as well as orange juice and apple juice. The Folgers coffee bar usually is a hit but it sounds like it was a miss for you. We apologize we let the towels run out in the pool area. I reminded our staff to check the pool area more often when busy. Regarding the hot tub, it's intentionally set to run for 10 minutes and then shut off so guests get out of the hot tub to cool down before re-entering. It's a required safety feature that's posted on the hot tub regulations in pool room. We do hope you give us another try soon.GM

Hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. Very run down and not very clean. Staff was super nice and friendly. Did like seeing all the dogs there as it is pet friendly.

It was perfect, the staff was very friendly, when we first arrived our bathroom tub was plugged up so they moved us to a different room right away and we stayed for two days and they started working on the room with the plugged up bathtub the very next day, our stay was overall perfect and I would recommend this hotel, I would stay here again and I would give them 5 stars, thanks!

The property is dirty. Multiple cars in the parking lot that didn’t even look like they were in working condition The common areas are dirty. The hotel is worn and dingy. I was afraid to even go into the pool area, much less get in the pool. The room was musty and stale smelling, even after the fan and A/c had been running. Would not recommend this hotel, and would even suggest Expedia remove it from their website.

Had an inoperable freezer within the refrigerator in my room. Made a complaint to staff, they stated it was fixed. Although it was fixed, the door to the refrigerator was left open which allowed the rest of my food to spoil. Attempted to speak with the manager who claimed his workers did not leave it open. I told him to check cameras as I was gone the whole day from 6:45am until I went to the front desk to complain about the spoiled items and lack of care. Manager continued to try and place blame on me. I rescinded my reservation for the following due to the lack of regard for guests, the location being less than desirable, and the other clientele at the location. I will not stay at this location again, nor would I recommend to future guests.

The window in the room had been left open while the AC was running. Most likely to try to air it out. There was an odor in the room and the carpet was filthy (left feet black). Breakfast was okay but no option for a diabetic.
