Issues: Parking is very tight. I suggest you need to find an empty lot for your guests and use a shuttle to bring your guest to the hotel. 2. We ate at the restaurant but if it was not raining we would prefer to eat somewhere else. I don’t know if the lady who sat us down was a server or hostess. She seem to be not happy with her job. She’s not fit to be in the hospitality business because she not smile nor greet us. Like a deaf person. Very unwelcoming. Not the right staff for Solano’s restaurant. She needs more training in customer service. 3. Food was not up to par for a classy expensive hotel. It was serve cold and we did not complain because we were so hungry so we kept quiet. No server did any follow up if we were ok. The restaurant was empty and quiet but no one approached us. 4. If this is barely a new hotel why is the paint in the restaurant and our room was chipping!!! Perhaps your engineering and housekeeping needs to coordinate and walk through the WHOLE hotel to keep up with the pricey image of Solano! 4. The shower heads and the shower itself was dirty with watermarks. The hot shower was broken!!! I’m not happy about this matter. We were sent to another room to take a shower. Very inconvenient!!! In a nut shell I had a LOT of huge expectations from Solano being a very pricey hotel in Lipa City. I was so excited to stay there and was supposed to stay for 3 nights. However we decided to check out because we were not satisfied.

Great hidden gem in Lipa. Very clean, comfortable and above standard accommodations with full service restaurant and bar. We were pleasantly surprised! Highly recommended!

This was my home for 8 days! Staff are very professional and very friendly, as soon as I arrived they handed me a drink (juice) which is so nice! The place is well kept, the restaurant has a good ambiance, the staff are helpful, they tend to my littlest need. This place is in the main drag close to both malls. All in all, I for sure will be coming back the next time around. Thank you for making my stay as delightful as possible.
