Nice hotel close to the airport / metro
A very short stay after a cancelled FlyTap flight (didnt take the breakfast as we had a crazy early flight) but we loved the size of the room, the comfort and the large bathroom with a good sized shower

It was a really good surprise. Lisboa is not too expensive and this hotel was the option due lack of other options. Loved the rooftop breakfast :)

Way too expensive for the low quality hotel. Too far from then city center. Unattractive location. There is nothing to do in the area unless you take a Taxi and drive at least 15 minutes to get to the City Center. I paid over 200 euros within 2 days just for the taxi to take me to the city center and return to the hotel. Unless you leave the Hotel in the morning and do not come back until you go to sleep. They don't provide water even at a fee. You must buy it from the vender machine.

Kindly note the Hotel is conveniently located in a quaint neighborhood less than 5 minutes walking distance from 2 metro stations, Alameda and Olaias and merely 10minute drive to the historical city center.Indeed, if you were charged over 200 worth of taxi just to travel within the city center, I confirm you were overcharged by taxi drivers.That is hardly within the Hotel’s control I am sure you can agree.Kindly note that Hotel DAH offers not only Room Service, but a Rooftop as well, where our guests can enjoy not only beverages as well as snacks and meals open until 23:00.All these services are publicized in the Hotel’s public areas (like Reception, lifts, breakfast room), as well as guests’ rooms (where there is also a menu available).We hope to welcome you again in a future visit.

A l’arrivée on m’a donné le pass pour entrer dans la chambre. Ça n’a pas ouvert, j’ai envoyé mon fils à la réception pour demander à l’agent de réception de venir nous ouvrir la porte, il lui a dit tu peux essayer maintenant avec cette nouvelle carte. Ça n’a pas réglé le problème, j’ai dû descendre à la réception 4 ou 5 fois pour régler le problème. L’agent nous a demandé de s’asseoir dans le restaurant en attendant de trouver une solution pour débloquer la porte de la chambre. Après une demi heure je suis allé chez l’agent encore une fois. Il m’a dit qu’il doit parler avec son manager parce qu’il n’arrive pas à régler le problème. A ce moment là, je suis sorti avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants pour dîner, espérant qu’à notre arrivée nous allons pouvoir dans la chambre que j’ai réservé pour dormir, parce que nous avons un avion à prendre le lendemain matin à 6:00. À notre arrivée, l’agent nous a dit qu’il est désolé de ne pas pouvoir régler le problème et que la porte de la chambre est toujours bloqué et que nous pouvons passé la nuit dans 2 chambres séparés, chose que je n’ai pas aimé mais je n’avais pas le choix. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel

We had a good experience with the front desk and the room was clean but small. The shower curtain had some staining. The rooftop restaurant was nice but there was only one person seating, serving and cooking so it took a long time for us to eat. We were on the 6th floor and could hear the chairs moving on the roof.

The room was good and clean. But later in the night the toilet flush stopped working. The staff couldn’t help us at all. They couldn’t move us to new rooms or call any service people to fix it. We had to checkout and book and move to another hotel. It was very disappointing and inconvenient.

Please beware of Hotel DAH in Lisbon...the treatment and experience we endured at this hotel were deplorable, unaccomodating, and unacceptable.We booked the quadruple room in order to accommodate our family; however the hotel management informed us that we only made a reservation for 4, even after showing them proof of 2 adults 3 children. The hotel stated that anyone older than 12 is considered an adult, and we are only allowed 4 adults. Our children are 17, 14, 14. We were willing to pay the extra bed charge fee, even though we felt that this should have been handled between Expedia and the hotel; however after the way we were treated we stated that we were not going to pay the extra bed fee. The General Manager later informed us after we had checked out, that the night attendant, who checked us in, will have to personally pay for the extra person as he did not request the $ from us at time of check-in. I find this very disturbing and disheartening that management would do this as he was the most pleasant person at the property. From being questioned the first night from staff as to why we were checking out the property and the overall feeling of being constantly watched, not welcomed, and unsafe, we decided to check out early, and hotel would not refund the nights not used since it was nonrefundable. There were other disappointing experiences, but didn't seem to matter to the manager as it is apparent they put profit over people. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The staff as was very helpful at the hotel, and had a great disposition. The roof top restaurant and outdoor roof deck was awesome. However, in the hotel room itself, the shower was so tiny I thought I was in an RV. :)

The room was nothing like the advertising picture. It was only just wide enough to get the double bed and bedside cabinets in. Bathroom was equally small though useable. Did provide tea and coffee making facility. Reliant on somebody being at reception to get access to the building and garage.

Unwillingly opted to stay at this property due to a late arrival after a delayed flight. Apart from the lack of privacy as guests roam freely through the communal kitchenette, the room itself was infested with flies. To make matters worse, I woke up the next morning with several bug bites on my legs (likely from bed bugs) which caused me extreme discomfort for the rest of my trip in Portugal. Due to the lack of proper ventilation in the room, we also woke up with an uncomfortable feeling of dampness, on our bodies and in our clothes and belongings.

The location of this hotel is far from historic center but 10 minutes in metro, but first the walking distance to the Alameda metro station is not to closed. Then get off in Rossio metro station and walk in historic center. Then going back the same and going up the hill is not easy as they say. The cleaning was fine. The staff too. Breakfast so so. Now the noise from next door rooms was horrible, no respect to anyone and beds not as confortable.

Conveniently located near the airport. Close and easy access to public transportation, especially If you want to quickly get to the center of Lisbon. The staff is great, very attentive and kind. They were willing to help when ever needed. The 24/7 reception was great for late check in. The only downside was the wifi could be spotty (for video calls) which was inconvenient as I was working from the hotel room. But not sure there was anything else that could be done. The hotel upgraded our room, which was kind, unexpected and truly appreciated.

The room and bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The elevators also worked. The paid breakfast was well worth the cost. It is a few blocks from 2 metro stops.
