The immediate area is not the tourist's Lisbon but the main avenues and sites are within easy walking distance. The hotel is very near a subway station on the Red line (i.e. airport connection) and very accessible.

We stayed one night. The place was clean and hospitable. The bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water and there were enough plugs for our mobile devices :) This is exactly the place we were looking for and we will come back again.

Room clean, hotel in a good location, Aircon brilliant. Smell of cleaning products in the corridor made me feel sick because it's that strong. Breakfast nice but little choice.

The staff were all very nice, helpful and efficient. The room / bath were modern, super clean and a great use of small space. Bonus for me, the beds were very comfortable to sleep in!

Good people, not good everything else
The Good: friendly staff, good central location. The Bad: Shower has no door, and the little wall is too small; so water goes all over the bathroom floor. Also, the drain is inadequate, and the shower floor is not deep, so you will quickly fill up the floor and cause water to pour over the side onto the bathroom floor. Room air is stale, with no apparent circulation. The aircon can be switched on, but it seems to do little other than making noise. The outdoor temperature in November was 20C/68F, but the indoor air was very warm and stuffy. It's hard to imagine how bad this would be during a hot week in summer... The bed covers (comforter, dekbed) are one single very thick and heavy unit that is far too hot to sleep under. It would be suitable for very cold climates, but absolutely too much for this location/season. Breakfast is very underwhelming and low quality; skip it. The underground parking garage has a very narrow dual purpose entrance/exit passage which has tight turns, so any midsize or larger vehicle can be difficult or impossible to get in and out safely (as evidenced by large sections of walls with car paint scrapes). Noise can be a problem if your upstairs neighbor has hard shoes, or uses their chair, or drags luggage. The sound translates through as if it were amplified. Also, the bathroom doors do not have levers but instead have a spring loaded roller. Open/close is just loud.

Nice and modern hotel. The room was very big, nicely decorated with a huge bed. Bathroom was also very modern. Staff were great and the room was very clean. The only thing I had a concern about was the lack of security. You could literally walk in off the street, get into the elevator and go up to any room without any problem.

Basic but comfortable
Good location close to Saldanha metro and bus stop. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants a short walk away, wkth some open until late into the night. The room was small, basic and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful in giving advice about the area. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in Lisbon.

Good option for a business trip
The hotel has been renewed, I was there a few years ago and rooms look much better now. The staff is incredibly nice, they did their best to keep us comfortable with the restrictions generated by covid. Parking available

Location was reasonably close to city centre, however I got charged for parking which was a extremely narrow, only suitable for a tiny car. Mean furniture.

Center Lisbon, a good 30 walk to the old part of Lisbon: very clean, simple, comfortable Great breakfast, lots of cold options, fresh foods. Staff super friendly and helpful. Recommend a very typical local restaurant around the corner on our first night, delicious and very inexpensive. Thank you

Great pet-friendly hotel
The hotel was very pet friendly, all the staff we encountered were lovely with our dog. All the hotel staff were very pleasant and happy. Breakfast was plentiful and the underground car park was a real asset. It was an easy fifteen minute walk to Marquis de Pombal Square and there was a variety of restaurants within ten to fifteen minutes walk of the hotel. We thought the hotel represented good value for money and would return.

OK but would not Use again.
The Hotel was a short Taxi from Sete Rios Bus Station and in a good area form Cafe's and Restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast room was very cramp when busy at 09:00 and selection was OK, but not replenished very quickly. I requested laundry and it took 36hrs for this to be returned and I was then still charged which was disappointing. Room was clean and in good condition, but was very dated decor with wood chip walls, Wifi connection was solid. I was unaware that guests were allowed dogs int he hotel, which was a surprising sight in reception. Overall I would choose a different Hotel when next in Lisbon which I am frequently.
