“The property was very nice but with a hip replacement a few months ago being on the 3rd floor and steep steps was a scary challenge. I was not familiar with at unit and even though a video was went we left it alone. There was ice formed around when we checked in then it started dripping water and water from the ceiling light fixture. Overall is was clean and convenient but definitely can use a full length mirror for dressing purposes. It was convenient to our venue but next time I would like to……

“We arrived at the property at 10 PM on Friday night. Cleveland had several previous days over 90 degrees. When we entered the third floor unit, it was like an oven – much warmer than the 84 degree outside temperature. The air unit in the living area was turned off. There was no unit in the bedroom at the far end of the apartment. There is no way that the unit could cool the area to a habitable temperature in any acceptable timeframe.
