We had a wonderful 2 week holiday in this house and yes it is a mere 150 feet from the sea!!!
This house is wonderful so near the sea and very well equipped. Chantal is a charming host and great fun. This part of Brittany is so picturesque. We had a great time and would love to return.

Simple house next door to helpful owner. Well equipped, be aware no towels supplied though. On outskirts of Loctudy so peaceful location, but need a car to get to any shops, for bread etc. End of garden is onto rocky beach, perfect for sitting at the end of the day, when for us the tide was up and the sound and sight of the sea was very relaxing. We were lucky with the weather and found many perfect and safe sandy beaches for swimming in the area. Plenty of interesting places to visit around.

Relax by the sea
The location is relaxing if you want to relax. Otherwise it is also convenient for sightseeing points of interest from Carnac, Concarneau, oyster beds, Pont-Aven, Brest, Point de Rez and many other locations. You can come back to a beautiful white sand beach and swim and relax. Accommodations are basic but fulfill all needs, and the owner is delightful and delighted to visit with you. I would love to spend more time there on slow speed.

Très joli endroit
Cette maison est très confortable, et l'accueil très chaleureux. La mer est juste à coté ce qui lui donne une situation remarquable (trop de rochers pour se baigner, mais très beau) Pour se baigner, il faut marcher seulement 8 minutes pour avoir une belle et grande plage de sable fin. Le jardin n'est pas séparé de celui de la propriétaire, ainsi que le garage juste en dessous de la chambre principale. Cela peut être gênants pour les familles qui souhaitent s'isoler. L'endroit est par contre très calme tout au long de la journée. Merci pour cet accueil.

Séjour parfait à Loctudy
La maison et son jardin sont très agréables, à deux pas de la mer et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Il est possible de faire toutes ses courses à vélo - la vitesse est limitée et des pistes cyclables sont aménagées - au jardin potager, au port ou au supermarché. On mange confortablement dehors et à l'intérieur. Le soir le salon est parfait avec un bel écran TV. On dort bien à l'étage. Nous avons eu le plaisir de passer un bon moment avec Chantal et sa fille Pauline que nous saluons ici !

Le bon vivre bigouden.
Maison d'une propreté irréprochable, qui sent bon le propre. A une ligne de maisons de la mer.. Très bien equipée, rien n'y manque. On aurait aimé parfois un peu moins de bibelots et peu être un peu de rafraîchissements sur l'équipement menager. Cependant Chantal est chaleureuse, agréable et nous a rendu le séjour parfait. Elle nous a même installé une barrière de protection sur les escaliers pour notre petite de 2 ans avant notre arrivée ! Nous reviendrons.
