Nice hotel
Nice hotel with comfortable, big bed and in good condition. Good value for money. My only quibble is that it's a bit far from the town centre (about 30 minutes' walk), but I knew that when booking.

The beds were quite comfortable and the staff was friendly. We found that the space was clean and adequate. Only issue was the shower stall leaked water and soaked the drying towels for feet.

Great breakfast. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke and cigarettes. Usrd bottle cap in bathroom and crumbs on floor. I felt as if they decided that as a single woman walking the camino, I didn't really count as a good customer.

Elegant hotel with great ameneties
The location is out of the old town but easily accessible by bus. The bus stop was 1 minute walk from the hotel and the bus to catch is #4. There are a few restaurants and bars surrounding the hotel and a supermarket about 5 minutes walk towards the city on the RHS. This hotel is by far one of the better ones we stayed in which goes the extra mile with the coffee machine and free quality bottle water. The bed was so comfortable with lovely white clean sheets and doona with extra pillows. The bathroom had quality toiletries and fittings and large towels. There was a room safe and wardrobe space. The staff were generally pleasant but not always at reception to welcome guests. The breakfast looked plentiful but still continental style. The WiFi worked well but the Aircon was not very effective and the room felt warmish all the time. I did complain about this but was told that it was regulated however it was a lot cooler outside the room than inside! The TV was great with many English channels which has not been the case at any of the hotels we have stayed this far. A fridge seems to be the hardest thing to expect in a room. There was free parking around the hotel but public and not private. Apparently there is private parking a couple of blocks up the road at a cost. We had no issues with the street parking. Overall: I would stay here again mainly for the quick getaway to the motorway and access to the pintos calles in town.

Nice hotel,clean & comfortable.A little bit disappointed that there is no restaurant available for dinner & that the hotel parking is off-site & very expensive.Street side parking is available,but it's a case of driving round the local streets until an empty parking space is found.

La Rioja Wine country
We wanted to visit wine country so we needed to stay in a place with parking as we had rented a car. Perfect spot to travel to the bodegas. The furthest one was just 30 min away. Briones is a must with the Wine Museum declared by Unesco the best in the world. Also a nice walk to the center of Logroño. Calle Laurel for blocks of tapas. It was a great place to stay.

Nice spot to explore the Rioja
The hotel is located in the outside rim of the town. Parking is plentiful and free. It is only a twenty minute walk to the city center. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the service is great.

We would stay here again The hotel was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and had excellent welcoming, helpful staff. Wide choice and good quality breakfast. No bar but there is one next door and lobby has 'vending ' type food and drinks. Parking free and easy in local streets. About 20 minutes walk to old centre. On the Camino De Santiago.

Just what the doctor ordered
Business trip usage. Good facilities, friendly staff, good night sleep, enough bars / restaurants around, but if need more, town. Centre is 20 mins walk or 7 mins drive/ taxi (less than 7 euros). What else do i want?

Frugal hotel
For a hotel that ranked in the top 5 in Logroño, was a bit disappointed in the services. Things you'd expect complimentary at other 3 star hotels (bottled water, coffee, tea) were paid items. There are minimal toiletries (just shampoo, conditioner, and soap). Gym and pool were 3 euros at a next door location. However, rooms were spacious, clean and bright.

Nice central town to venture out!
Hotel was a bit difficult to find..no GPS but a reliable map. It was a bit far from centro but the bus was convenient. And to get to Laguardia was close with beautiful vineyards! The town pintxos were delicious!

Nice hotel, breakfast was good and reception was very helpful with bus schedule and directions. Thirty minute walk to downtown area but I liked the location, close to Camino de Santiago pilgrimage trail.
