“我們一家大小都很喜歡Seven Havens Residence，服務人員很親切，經理Julia給了我們很多的諮詢建議，司機ArSam也幫助我們附近地點交通的接送，對於初次來到龍目島的我們來說，非常的有助益，停留的期間恰是雨季，因為面海房的關係，半夜風雨挺大的。整體來說，景緻非常的棒，無邊際泳池非常的美，偶而出現的猴子很可愛，是個值得體驗的住宿地點。建議：熱水器的供水量要再調整。”

“Magnifique villa, personnel très gentil et super réactif. Nous sommes plutôt satisfait de notre séjour. Les seuls bémols étaient une odeur d’égouts parfois forte dans les chambres et le bruit du voisinage notamment pendant les fêtes de mariage car les chambres sont mal isolées.”

“Hôtel très sympathique et familial. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. La carte du restaurant est très correcte, l'hôtel étant placé non loin du centre, on a le choix de changer d'adresse pour varier les plaisirs. Immense plage de sable à 10mn à pied, avec plein de shops proposant de la location de transats et parasols, petite restauration, location de surf et cours de surf. Une grande partie de la plage reste sauvage si l'on désire être tranquille. ”

Awan and the staff went above and beyond from check in to departure to ensure all our needs were met. However... there was major construction work going on in the grounds from early morning until after sunset which didn't let us have the full relaxing experience. “Posto molto bello, strutture in bamboo magnifiche. Purtroppo non sapevamo della presenza delle scimmie, che hanno un po’ influenzato il nostro soggiorno. Nulla da dire, è il loro habitat, ma ce n’erano molte e siamo stati per lo più chiusi nella stanza per evitarle. Servizio navetta per aeroporto costoso rispetto alla media.”

“优点：整体来说还是不错的，虽然客房距离酒店大堂有点距离，但是可以使用房间内的手机通过WhatsApp联络酒店方，但是似乎没有给手机卡缴费，出了酒店这部手机就不能使用网络了。 缺点：酒店在山上，下到海滩需要走半个小时的山路，路有些颠簸和急转弯，会晕车。周围其实没啥好玩的，酒店也没提供半日游玩一日游玩的介绍。并且，酒店提供的食品和包车服务比外面会贵不少。”

“If you want to stay somewhere and experience authentic Lombok then this is the place for you. Everyone is super friendly, and they just make you feel like you are part of the family. Our room was finished in the Japanese style which was a nice touch, and everything you need is available right there. The pool was one of the best out of all the hotels I have stayed at, and the restaurant does the most amazing food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with a mix of European and Indonesian options.……
