First impressions from the outside not great as plenty of essential maintenance is required but internally the rooms spacious and very good, pool and sauna good and food generally good and very reasonably priced. Excellent location for our needs with 4 night stay. Very good value.

Just a one night stay while visiting old friends. The reception staff were our major interaction with the staff and both Jasmine and Stella were amazing! They were both very helpful and aware of the difficulties imposed by the extreme heat. Many thanks to both of them!

Food in the restaurant was good, very nice taste, but quite spicy . Waited a while to pay so I returned to the room whilst my husband waited - which led to a staff member thinking I had left without paying, and following me despite my husband still waiting in the restaurant ! Apart from this small mix up it was a very nice stay , could just improve the experience by having extra staff in the bar/ restaurant area . Did not have the breakfast but would have tried if had the time as food quality was good .

The sausages was under cooked for breakfast , advised the waiter and he just walked away and did nothing , also no Hot Tub anymore yet still says there is one , We had the junior suite which was lovely , the stand alone bath was nice :) Parking not a issue , plenty of free spaces , swimming pool was nice ( you get towels and locker key at reception and sign into the pool )

The hotel is very nice the rooms are clean and well kept. The staff are lovely especially Stella on reception she was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for your hospitality we will definitely come again.

Generally...this hotel is ok for the price (pay no more than c£70/night for room only!). Staff are friendly and helpful...but the BIG GRIPE is the WiFi - it's very inconsistent. Regularly drops out completely or goes to a very low strength. This is 2026...they should have this sorted out by now!!
