Unfortunately there was nothing to like about this place.
Arranged an appointment to let me in and give me the keys and they were 2 hrs late, waiting for them on the street. Called them and they hang up on me later on they wouldn't pick up at all so I was just waiting there with no information if anyone was going to turn up at all.
After a man and a woman arriving 2 hrs late, giving me a very rude attitude as how dare I question them being late as they were busy.
Going in the apartment it was disgusting, very-very dirty. They just started cleaning the place and changing bedsheets. There were no towels.
After travelling for 1,5 days all I wanted is to have a shower and sleep. Mind you the whole bathroom was so dirty I don't know who had the stomach to have a shower there. I had no towels (any size, even for handwash) for a day.
When I told them that I'm not staying for the second night and I want a refund they got me towels, right before I left.
The manager Bodril promised me to give me chocolates, bottle of wine, breakfast just not to complain. At the end he promised me a full refund and told me that it had gone through.
A few days later as being suspicious I got in contact with Expedia and was told that there is no refund in the process.
They tried to get in contact with them for 3 days with no luck. At the end they emailed expedia to go ahead with the refund.
This is an absolute nightmare place to stay, I promise you. Save yourself the hassle.
