The location was perfect. We walked to everything. The room had everything we needed. They even had a good deal for dinner with a drink and w breakfast the following morning. Food was surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant and the service was exceptional, especially our waitress, Rachel. We will absolutely stay here again!

The place is ok. Pretty well located. The rooms are kinda small and the fact that The Eye is around the corner makes it extra pricy. But it's nice, self check in/out and helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay and love the breakfast. Awesome staff. They're very helpful and lovely. The area is so central you can just walk to places. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would love to stay there again.

The location was perfect to many attractions; however, the only downfall of the property is there is no lift/elevator to enter the hotel. I can say the hotel staff was very helpful with getting our luggage up the stairs into the hotel. Also, other guests help other guests as well with luggage.

The property's location was centrally located which made it ideal for us as first time visitors to London. However, we found the property in need of major renovation. The carpeting in the hallways was worn looking & needing replacement. The room lacked closet space (my wife & I were staying several days and we had where to place our clothing).
