Checking in nearly impossible after office hours, 45 minutes on the phone, given incorrect door entry code and so locked out again and another 30 minutes on the phone, following night, Spanish woman locked out having the same issues!!

Tidy & would stay here again

Perfect amount of space for 2 people....especially when we didn't necessarily spend that much time IN the room. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, cleanliness, etc...all good.

Clean and comfortable

Very nice room and central location in Hammersmith. The room was a perfect size which was clean, private and quiet. The staff were very professional and responsive to any queries I had. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great property! I feel like it is a cross between a hostel, hotel, and airbnb. It felt very homey with a very comfy bed and kitchenette. There was no coffeemaker but otherwise well equipped to make simple meals. It was 8 minutes walk from transit but felt like a quiet neighborhood, so the best of both worlds!

The property is close to the Hammersmith tube station so it's very accessible--about ten stops from Heathrow. The room was clean and well-appointed. It's on the small side, but that's normal for a room in London. We were welcomed and our presence felt appreciated. We highly recommend this small and friendly hotel.

The location was prefect for me. Close to the train station and access to both London and Fulham Football ground. Noise from the other units was a little annoying but didn't go too late. I also found the appartment really hot for some reason. Couldn't work out why as the heating was all turned off.

Bit of a weird smell. But resolved by opening a window. Confusing check in. No instructions or email providing details of how to get into the property. Overall, a decent place to stay for Hammersmith Apollo

A well located and nice property. Very quiet considering we are in London. Surrounded by a couple of nice establishment. Walking distant from Hammersmith (i.e. 40 minutes from LHR Airport... and well connected with the major attraction). Room could be slightly more spacious and is lacking a wardrobe. Our stay saw a minor issue that has been brilliantly resolved by the property management. They have been responsive, quick in addressing the issue with our full satisfaction! In general all staff members have been pleasant to deal with and professional. We will be bak!

Bad experience

Not recommended for those who got large luggage. I got assigned to the 5th floor, but the elevator only reach to 4th floor. I need to carry the large luggage from 4th floor. Because of my schedule change, I arrive London one day late, I send email to inform them I will arrive at the next morning. The staff replied the email to inform me that they help me to cancel my order. Luckily I received the order cancel email after I arrived. I have no idea why I inform them about my late arrival time but they cancel my order. I did pay for the night that I book early and I stay for 3 nights in total. The customer service is terrible. In addition, the shampoo that they provide is disgusting. It smells like urine, I don’t know what happen to it. The experience is really bad. I won’t recommend to others.

Good location and keyless entry system, however I struggle to see how it's a four star accommodation. Mould in the bathroom. No air conditioning. Smart TV doesn't function as a smart TV as there's no way to cast or access apps. Both email and "online welcome pack" said that check out was at 2pm but we were unceremoniously woken at 11 by housekeeping and told that we needed to leave. We informed her that check out was at 2pm but she just said no and asked us when we would be gone. Couldn't be bothered to argue so an annoying end to a mediocre stay. Probably wouldn't return.

Overall it was ok. There was some confusion with our check in time. It said 2pm on the booking and we planned to arrive then but when I contacted the reception the day before they said that wasn't guaranteed. There was no apology and the response felt a bit rude given the booking clearly stated 2pm. The receptionist on arrival wasn't very friendly either. The room was however ready at 2pm. We had booked a regular room and were given a small room in the basement (studio 2). It was very small with the bed in the corner and a wall one side and the kitchen unit not very far at all to the other side of the bed. The bathroom was also right next to the kitchen. It felt very weird sleeping so close to the kitchen. I am surprised this was a regular room as it's hard to imagine how it could possibly have been smaller. Definitely wouldn't want to stay in a little room if that was in fact a regular. It felt a bit grubby too with damp / black marks on the bathroom ceiling. On the second day there was a leak in the bathroom. We reported it and maintenance came very quick. It couldn't be fixed but we were quickly given another room which was much appreciated. I think this must have been a large studio which was much bigger and I wish we'd have booked that size room to start with. The room was a little tired in parts but perfectly comfortable. The location was good and well connected via tube. The staff on check out were friendly and let us leave our bags.

Das Apartment ist in einem kleinen Gartenhaus hinter dem eigentlichen Gebäude. Sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Die U-Bahn ist in der Nähe und in der Umgebung sind Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Die Ausstattung und der Service war gut. Allerdings war es in dem Appartement Recht kühl und feucht. Davon abgesehen hat es uns aber gut gefallen.

Die Rezeption ist etwas ungünstig gelegen, wurde durch das nette Personal wieder weggemacht. Schade war, dass Zigarettenkippe vorm Fenster lagen und sie nicht entfernt wurden. Auch war der Toilettenpapierhalter zu weit von der Toilette entfernt, unütze Anbringung. Das Hotel liegt Verkehrsmittelmäßig gut. Bin trotz Streik fast überall hingekommen. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Nice helpful launderette man nearby since the property’s laundry is very small , dryers don’t work well but seems to be the way in the UK for the small dryers? Nice pub nearby . And 8 minute walk to dining , grocery, shopping and train and bus . Our kitchen was very very small. Has cutesy sayings where a hook or a shelf would be more useful. Staff helpful, brought fan and extra hangers.

Too small for a double!

Cute place but very small. No space to spread out at all. Hate the side of bed against the wall for an elderly couple who has to get up to use the loo in middle of night. Not shown in picture. Kitchenette nice. Glad for only one night. Bed space a definite problem. No AC, but I knew that. Tram or train noise. Otherwise, clean, cute place.

A great place to stay for a concert at the Apollo. Dinner and drinks on the Thames and the venue all within walking distance and also walking distance to station. It was hot while we were staying and no air con(which is fine from an eco perspective). We were able to open the windows but this meant a very noisy night sleep. Otherwise everything that you needed for an overnight stay and the communication and checking in process was really straightforward.

The check-in process was an absolute nightmare. We were standing outside in the pouring rain for 45min and unable to contact their office. The advance check-in is a joke. The room itself has zero ventilation which felt like a sauna and smelled moldy. The property itself is it a rough condition and the walls are so thin, we couldn’t sleep due to the other people fighting & moving around heavy objects all night. It felt very unsafe. Also housekeeping did not give us any towels nor take out the trash. The management did not give us any responses to our concerns during the stay. If you want to have a somewhat decent stay, I’d recommend another place where you can atleast feel safe and aren’t breathing in mold.

Room was a bit small but I am satisfied because I am small convenient with kitchenette. One thing I probably comment was a bit far from Hammersmith station. Nice area I feel save also has lock at the door that you need code to get in. Register is 109 addr.
