This hotel was the worst:
1. Payment when you first arrive they ask you for a deposit as all hotels do and instead of holding that transaction until you checkout they just get it from your account and when you ask for an invoice when you check out they never give you or email it to you. They stole m’y deposits and they never refund.
2. Food : the food hère was super disgusting as there is no chef at that hotel there is just a very rude people who make a disgusting food. I order a cheese plate and the emmental cheese was green it shouldn’t be given I stay 2 days in my room sick wouldn’t be able to go out to explore London.
3. Water and amenities they never provide water in the room I don’t know how this is a five star hotel it shouldn’t be more then two stars.
