“Clean, well-priced, and staff was very welcoming and helpful.”

“The AC worked great! The bed and pillows not so great. There was trash in the hallway when we got there and the same trash was still there in the morning when we left.”

“Bathrooms were dirty in the corners and walls. Room ac was good but halls and lobby were very hot. Pool had a mildew smell. Check out was 11 am but staff tried to enter a little after 8 am even with a do not disturb sign on the door.”

The location is very good, shopping and dining are convenient, the front desk is fast, the room has no odor, the location is easy to find, and there is free wireless internet. I chose a family room, that can accommodate 5 people. The price is very cost-effective and the stay experience is good! It is worth recommending this hotel.”

“My Monday-Friday stay here was great! Staff was very welcoming and knowledgable about the surrounding areas. The pool was heated & well maintained. The room was clean, A/C worked great, and TV was quite easy to use. I was excited to see I had a tub as well as a detachable shower head. The beach was a 15-minute walk away and was absolutely lovely. Many shops & restaurants were within walking distance as well. This stay ended up being under-budget for me, too, so I consider it a steal. My trip……

“very clean place a lil older but staff and owners was very nice awesome pool the breakfast was a lil small no eggs or protein but good for coffee n muffin .. lotsa of stuff to do around there tons of beaches and restaurants was good . close to york beach and ohunquit beaches”

“The room is spacious and clean with comfortable pillows. The rooftop bar and restaurant is lovely and a plus. The staff from the reception to the rooftop bar/restaurant were helpful and friendly with great service. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.”

“Parking was easy which is a plus especially in a city like portsmouth. The town is extremely walkable so we didn't have to use the car again until we left. The staff was friendly and attentive. They asked what kind of coffee we wanted and even cleaned our room which included changing the towels. If we come back to portsmouth, I would definitely stay her again”

“Excellent hotel! Breakfast is good. They even provide light dinner for free! Room is big with kitchen! Must stay next time! Parking is an issue, but I travel with a residence friend here. It is not an issue to me.”
