“We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The room was comfortable and clean and had a great view of the ocean. Close proximity to the sea made our stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful sunrise and great sidewalk for walking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Most especially we enjoyed the indoor pool. Great spot to meet new people.”

“The lighthouse Inn is very convenient to Long Sands, only 10 minute walk to the beach. Has a pool and hot tub on site. The room we had reserved was in the carriage house and was a good size with a full bathroom. The door to the deck was a nice addition with seating. I didn’t realize the room was on the 3rd floor and only accessed by outside stairs which was a challenge with our suitcases as one set was quite narrow. Coming down the stairs from the 3rd floor there is a sharp turn and a big step……

“Room was clean, Staff had this service as the Staff were pleasant but did not have a clue of any questions we asked. Front desk was very inexperienced and not very well informed of the area. Website deceiving stating the beach was 0.3 of a mile away. It was more like a 15/20 walk to get to a convenient safe portion of the beach without climbing over a zillion huge (extremely dangerous) rocks to get to the water. Pool was nice, but website mentioned an outdoor pool bar. The bar was nowhere……

“The stairs to the 3rd floor were horrible and dangerous. I can’t believe no one has been injured ! Law suit ready to happen. Place was decent other than the stairs”

“Love the Boutique feel and the smaller size property. The scenery sitting on their deck was awesome and the location very close to center of town! FYI there is no elevator and there are several steps to get to the registration area as well as the 2nd and third floors. They will assist w luggage if needed!”
