“The standard room sold by Expedia is directly on the highway but customers are sold a tranquil “nature experience.” It is the opposite of a “nature experience”. The hotel should inform customers in advance that the rooms sold by Expedia are on the highway so they know they will hear traffic all night. The reception is as unhelpful and charged me twice. Bad experience. Also paint peeling in the bathtub.”

“Check in took over 40 minutes for the 3 rooms we booked and then they charged an additional 30 euros for a second bed in the room when we had already paid the 3 person rate on Expedia. Terrible customer service. There’s much better places to stay in Segovia. This is a run down student hostel and the AC doesn’t work.”

“天黑了才到的塞哥维亚，吃了烤乳猪后才去的酒店。定的是带阳台的房间，前台误给了朝内的房间，交涉后很快给调换过来了。房间设施稍简单，但阳台的风景很棒，可看到不远处的“迪士尼”城堡和田野风光。早餐是自助的，9欧元一个人，酒店的性价比超高。早晨惊讶地看到一堆热气球从田野处升起。早餐后从酒店附近的路下到河边的草坪仰望了迪士尼城堡，上来（不用走回头路）又参观了城堡内部（10点才开门），回到酒店休息一会儿后12点才退的房。”
