Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. New construction studio with high speed internet, stainless steel appliances, printer, fax. Located walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, public transportation. 3 miles from Pasadena City College. Pool and Spa on property but requires prior approval to use. No washer and dryer but laundry service is available to save you the time and hassle. We follow all CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitation for your safety.
The space
A newly constructed accessory dwelling unit typically known as a studio or “granny flat”. It is attached to main house but has its own separate entrance. Very modern “tech” unit with power window blinds, Samsung family hub refrigerator, Alexa speaker smoke detector, multiple USB outlets, hi speed WiFi plus Ethernet connection. All the essentials are provided. Coffee, sugar, creamer, tea, spices, pots, pans, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
There is a pool, spa, bbq and back yard on property but can only be used with prior approval as there are dogs in back yard. We do offer laundry service but it’s not available all the time. We will wash and dry your separated clothes (no folding) and return to you. No delicate or special care items please.

Entire studio. May have access to back yard, pool, spa and bbq with prior notice and approval. Smart lock which allows you access through the “August” app or keypad with a unique individual code.
