This hotel was clean and was in a convenient location. Room was a good size with attached living room and kitchenette. Free breakfast was ok. Nothing special, but nice to have breakfast included.

Good breakfast included in the price, plenty of options for everyone’s taste. Good location, fairly close to the beach, we felt safe in the area. We liked the room which looks like a 1 bedroom apartment with a bedroom, small kitchen, living room & dining area, it is very convenient. Fridge with freezer, and dinnerware also provided. There was a bit of noise from the trains passing nearby because we were located in the back of the hotel since we booked kind of late, but even so the noise isn’t that bad.A good experience & good value for the money.

towels in the pool area were few and hard to get as no staff came to check and place unless someone went to reception and asked. plenty "weed" smells in the morning and evening. Of course not something hotel can easily monitor but very bad as room was near the smells and i have a young child to consider.

Located in a great area with many restaurant options and stores. Close to Manhattan Beach and LAX. Great two bedroom/two bathroom options for larger parties. Good breakfast buffet. Laundry and nice gym on-site. Staff super friendly. Minor cosmetic room conditions but clean.

It’s a really nice place to stay if you’re in town for business or leisure, very close to beachfront, stores and restaurants. Front desk staff is always courteous and helpful. Definitely will recommend it.

We spent 7 nights at Hyatt House and we are happy with our stay. We checked in a little bit early and the front staff Evelyn has been very helpful and accommodating to give us the room that's available. We stay in a 2 bedrooms unit with 2 queen beds and 2 separate bathrooms. Our suite is spacious and comfortable. The two queen beds are firm and comfortable. Having a sofa bed, dinning table and kitchen are very convenient. Breakfast options in the morning are good: fruits, eggs, different kinds of bread (bagels, toast), oatmeal, rotating sausages, waffles, fresh toast). There is an outdoor pool and BBQ set that we can use the BBQ and enjoy the swimming pool. Evelyn has been very helpful and friendly during our stay, making our holiday more enjoyable. We will definitely stay at Hyatt House at our next visit. Thank you!

It was “okay”. A notch above ratty. No elevators. Breakfast… well it was “free” so by that standard it was fine. $20/night for parking was bad but many hotels in El Segundo do it.
