Pros: Everything!
Cons: Maid service too early.
Location: Beach, shops, dining!
Everyone went out of their way to accommodate us! I have a handicap and they went above and beyond.

Beautiful Hotel One Block From The Ocean

Posted Nov 26, 2016
The hotel exceeded my expectations! The location was only one block away from SUR, its private beach front (nicest place on the beach!) and the marina district. The only downfall was the beds- They were uncomfortably hard.

This was a nice hotel close to everything.

Posted Nov 25, 2016
Pros: Everything
Cons: The restaurant could offer more Mexican foods.
Location: Very convenient to everything.
Everything was nice and clean. Pool, hot tub, bar, food were great. It was close to the beach, downtown and everything that we wanted.

Horrible experience.

Posted Nov 25, 2016
Pros: Terrible and unethical
Cons: They are scamming the public with their disclosure of the per night rates.
Location: If they cannot be ethical in their rates why would this even matter.
I arrived at the hotel and cancelled a reservation that I had with them in person. The hotel charged me a cancellation fee which was fine however the amount they chose reflected the most expensive night and rate that I would have paid had a stayed the 5 nights; they made me pay this amount in the cancellation with no explanation whatsoever as to why they chose the highest rate per night possible in the cancellation. I also had a second reservation that I cancelled with both Expedia and the Bahia and neither honoured this cancellation such that I was once again charged a second cancellation fee and again the most expensive night and rate. The hotel reservations individual (Jacobed, Reservations Assistant) was rude and did not conduct herself in a professional manner during my face to face interactions with her. I asked to speak with the Manager of the hotel and he was not available (on vacation) and when I then requested to have him contact me no one ever followed up with me while I was across the street at another hotel for a further 4 days in Cabo San Lucas. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who has morals as this hotel is scamming individuals and charging the highest fees possible for cancellations and also not honouring a true cancellation before the deadline (they still charge you).

Ok for the price

Posted Nov 17, 2016
Pros: The location was pretty good.
Cons: Hotel staff, actually saying on Expedia what's included and what's not.
Location: Location was good, one block from the beach, 5-10 minute walk from the marina/downtown. We walked everywhere.
I think the number one issue for us with this hotel was they were misleading with pictures, and what they offered at the hotel. They definitely put all their money into the restaurant and lobby, not the rooms. Our toilet clogged while we were there as well as our sink, and then hotel staff was NOT quick to come help us, we had to keep asking them to come help before they actually did. The room is just a lot of white, nothing on the walls, very stark. The "kitchen" area came with one fork, one knife, cups and bowls. There is an oven and stove, but no pots or pans, so you can't actually use them. They say you get free wifi, but that's only in the lobby. I will say, we got a pretty good price staying here, so I guess you have to decide what is most important to you. The bartenders at the hotel were really nice. We went to their beach club one day, you have to pay a minimum per person to be there, but it was nice.

Great Hotel/Location.

Posted Nov 16, 2016
Pros: It was easy to walk everywhere - Marina, beach, restaurants.
Cons: Not there fault - but there is construction close by. At times was noisy by the pool.
Location: Right off Medano beach. One of the best locations.
Very affordable. A great find. The Esquina Restaurant in the hotel is a real hot spot. It was crowded every night. Jack at the pool bar is awesome - great service and can answer many of your questions.

Make sure you get the upgraded room.

Pros: JACK JACK! Even if you don't stay at this hotel, go visit Jack the bartender at the hotel swim up pool. Just tell him to make you a drink.
Cons: I stayed in the older room but that was my fault for waiting so long to book.
The staff was very friendly and very accommodating to assist this non-Spanish speaking traveler. The hotel seems to be right in the middle of everything so if your coming to relax or party, everything is right there.

Great all around place to stay

Posted Oct 12, 2016
Pros: The people working there
Location: The Office, Andromeda Diving, Medondo Beach.
Nice accommodations, not fancy but nice and clean. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Parking is ample and has 24 hour security. Will be back for sure, and highly recommend for those who want close beach access, but don't have to be on the beach or in the marina.
