"Property well presented and well equipped. Nice welcome pack which was appreciated as we had a late arrival. Peaceful neighbourhood and good community pool, which was just steps away from the apartment. Spacious outside space to eat and relax. Good communication with Jackie prior to departure. "We loved our stay at Eco Finca Verde and we will definitely book again, it is located in a lovely peaceful location but it is still handy to a large shop attached to a garage, we used to eat our breakfast in one of the seating areas with views of extinct volcano's and the sea we visited some great places in Lanzarote, Famara with it's wonderful backdrop of the cliffs, the sky and the sea, climbed a volcano Monte Corona, and of course on of our favourite places the lagoon at Caleton Blance."

The Villa doesn’t have air conditioning which we missed in the details and is needed during the summer months. Ongoing construction works nearby was noisy at times and the pool could have have been warmer. "The property is lovely, well appointed and just as described in the listing and pictures. Location is peaceful but close to the centre of town and beaches. Facilities are first class, with view of the sea and a nice open aspect at the rear. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!"

"Apartment beautifully situated. Great view. However, no sun comes into the balcony whatsoever and the roof terrace was closed off to us. Toilet needed fixing when we arrived and I had to ask host for an iron. Communication was very tricky. Worst of all….. the electricity was cut of at 9am on our check out day. "Myself and my family have just returned from a 9 night stay. We took a taxi on arrival and it was less than 10 euros. Beautiful villa stocked with all you need and plenty of space. Wonderfully clean and presented. Pool was great and looked after by the owner in the morning and evening. Pancho and his wife are also an asset and helpful with any queries we had.
