Nice location but we were there for 10 days and not once was the room cleaned. We had to ask for supplies to be stocked and pick them up ourselves at the front desk.
Also. There were some pretty rowdy characters screaming at each other with expletives down the hall. Made us feel uneasy.

I did not even stay here, I checked in and went to my room, and got a lot of bad smells as I walked down the hall, doors to other rooms were open and TV's were loud. There was a mattress just sitting out in the hallway. The rooms were outdated and the place looked ran down. I decided to stay at another hotel that was in much better shape. The door to my room didn't even close properly. The staff was great though.

It was grungy. The surfaces were sticky/tacky like they hadn't been cleaned. The room was dark and depressing. The curtains were torn and had paint on them. They used overpowering air freshener in the room. There wasn't an elevator. The carpets were dirty. They only clean the room every 3 days. So they don't make your bed daily. Just a bad experience.

The location is so convenient, plus there are many restaurants close. The hotel itself was clean but basic. The staff was so, so friendly and helpful. The only downside is were no working ice machines and no elevator. It is only 2 floors, and not a problem for me, but worth noting. Breakfast was good!

It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Not a room that you’d want to spend a lot of time in. Ice machine broken, shower faucet installed incorrectly so the hot and cold were reversed, “out of items” at breakfast (ie: bagels but no cream cheese).

The sink had hair that had been shaved still around it, one of the beds had dirty or stained sheets.
My key card didn’t work after my first night and the employee acted as if it were my fault and my reservation was an issue. They did promptly fix it afterwards.
My final morning (monday) there was no coffee available either (not a huge deal, but inconvenient for a traveler)
The toilet didn’t flush. We mentioned it to the guy at the front desk. He didn’t offer to help us. My husband then asked for a plunger. He got a plunger that didn’t work. The wooden handle was 8 inches through the plastic. My husband tried to plunge the toilet himself. The next morning the toilet still wasn’t working. Apparently there was another guest complaining about the toilet.
The beds& shower were good. We never got fresh towels or had our room straightened. It was very noisy until at least 2am. There was a cigarette in the floor in the lobby. Breakfast was just ok. I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it.
You overbook, dumped me off, after taking my money and never gave me the courtesy of a phone call, or provide me with alternatives. Extremely poor!

It looks like they are setting up for a remodel or remediation which is good as there was a bit of mildew on the bathroom ceiling.
Very comfortable beds and pillows, love the size of fridge.
The people here are awesome, friendly, helpful, and very attentive. I have had no issues at all with room and if I did I am sure they would resolve the issues instantly.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend people to stay here.
The room smelled like something died in it and it was filthy. I'll never stay here again. Jason at the customer service desk was mocking and refused to remedy the situation saying that's what we get for booking through a third party like Expedia.
Pro: friendly staff, hot breakfast option, good size room
Cons: dirty and tired interior, no elevators

Not clean. Even after asking for room service, they didn't do. Ran out of towels. But at least the staff was a little better to bring towels after an hour.
Window was broken, bright light shined in window at night. And whole wing smelled of stale smoke.

Everything was as I expected except for the breakfast. It was definitely below par. The only beverage for breakfast was coffee. No hot water for tea; no juice of any kind. The waffle iron was not working properly and was coated with crumbs. The pastries were small and limited. The sausage was greasy and barely cooked. It was a disappointing way to start what will be a long and difficult day.

The motel was clean and convenient, everything in the room worked, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, one staff stayed all night long and took care of breakfast, as well as his job at the desk, since two staff did not show up. Consequently the breakfast was not good that day.

Expected better, questionable cleanliness.
Check in gentleman was friendly. Lack of cleanliness was my biggest issue. First impression was the dirty and stained stairs and carpet. I tried to overlook it since it’s a high traffic area. Our room was questionably clean. It was a non smoking room but it smelled like a hint of cigarette smoke. We became nose blind after a few but after every entry to the room it would make me wonder if it had been smoked in. TV stand and desk felt sticky. Hair on bathroom floor. M&Ms under the bed which we never had.
The bed was super comfy, in my opinion. Location was nice as well. I guess I expected better since it has a rating of 8.2/10 and we had just stayed at a Quality Inn in Laramie that was clean and fully stocked for breakfast.
