Very nice and spacious house
The house was in a perfect location and very roomy. We stayed in the house for a wedding that weekend and it was walking distance from the reception and only a few blocks from the church. Very nice house.

Very enjoyable family vacation!
Certainly enjoyed the stay at this house-all the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as all the spacious, clean areas inside and out. Walking and biking distance to town and park worked well for whole family. Also close to sherman lake was a plus....thank you!

FAMILY REUNION
WE LOVED THE HOUSE, LARGE ENOUGH TO FIT ALL MY SIBLINGS AND SPOUSES, PLUS FAMILY THAT CAME TO VISIT DURING THE DAY. WE ENJOYED THE KITCHEN AS WE ALL LOVE TO COOK. THE EXTRA KITCHEN IN THE BASEMENT WAS VERY HELPFUL. WE WALKED UP TOWN SEVERAL TIMES BUT WISHED SOME OF THE BUSINESSES WE OPEN ACCORDING TO THEIR LISTED HOURS. (ANTIQUE SHOPS). VERY NICE HOUSE. THE 3 TRASH BAGS WERE NOT ADEQUATE FOR A LARGE GROUP STAYING 6 DAYS, ALONG WITH 2 ROLLS OF TP PER BR, WE DID HAVE TO GET OUR OWN SUPPLY. HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH INTERNET, AND SOME APPLIANCES NOT WORKING CORRECTLY, BUT IT HAPPENS SOMETIMES. THANK YOU CATHY, FOR YOUR EFFORTS AND COMING BY TO HELP.

Can’t wait to go back!
This house is awesome! It was our second year staying. One great thing is that the house is about 2 blocks from a good grocery store. It made meals so much easier! My Dad has celiac’s disease so we cooked almost every meal there and it was a breeze.

Better than the pictures!
We found this for a last minute get away and it was even better than our original plans. The property itself is even better than the pictures, plenty of space, all the cooking utensils you would need and lovely furnishings. The location is just a few blocks from the park and even closer to downtown. They provide a notebook with dining and entertainment options which is great. There is a large front yard, upstairs balcony and a patio that includes a grill and tables. I couldn’t have been happier. It’s a fabulous rental and a bang Dor the buck!

Best three day vacation in the middle of farm country
Always a wonderful experience. This is the third time we have stayed here and enjoy it more each time. Excellent location for walking uptown to enjoy breakfast at the local diner.

Had a wonderful time!
The property was perfect for us. Owners were very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the clean and spacious yet cozy rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We needed internet for our group and it wasn't working but the owners responded quickly and when it couldn't be fixed right away, they offered us to use their personal home for our meetings. Definitely would stay there again!

Victorian House
Always an easy and pleasing experience renting from the Kieborz’. The Victorian House made a nice, easy, relaxing weekend even more so. Easy access to downtown and all the festivities of Polish Days. The house has ALL amenities and we used the outside grill - such a bonus. This was our second time staying at the Victorian House and the second stay was as exceptional as the first stay 2 years ago. Thank you again!

Beautiful home in a great small town.
We loved the spaciousness of this house along with the beauty. We hosted two events here and had plenty of room for everyone. We loved playing basketball outside and sitting on the upper deck and enjoying the Sun. The hosts were amazing and explained everything thoroughly. Can't say enough about this gem!!!! Loved our stay.

Amazing! Beautiful little town and house!
We came for a family reunion and it was perfect! More than enough space and beautifully done. We were able to sit as a family to eat and play games as well as enjoying the very comfortable reclining couches. The yard was beautifully taken care of and we were able to grill and enjoy the outdoors as well. The town was very welcoming and lots of amazing history! We had root beer floats at the snack shop diner and purchased most of our groceries at the well stocked and friendly grocery store. We loved the little shops and the people were very accommodating and helpful as well as friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend this house for your event and this town for lots of fun.

Large house with plenty of space for socializing and for privacy
Our extended family of 14 has plenty of room to cook, eat, play, visit, and watch the children (ages 9-2). The town even has at least 3 parks the children enjoyed a lot and a lake not far away.

Nice place to have a large group.
This is our second year in a row to stay. We enjoy the town and the house is great with plenty of room for our 2 families of 4 with everyone having their own downtime space. We did have some malfunctions this year but the only thing that was disappointing was that one of the reasons we chose to get a home was to have a washer/dryer for the week as we would be very busy and needed it. The dryer is AWEFUL!! as it was last year. Hours to dry one load. It would have been nice to even have a clothes line option. And as we were there a full 7 days needed more trash bags, paper towel ect. We were able to call to get them but hated to call if we ran out in the evening after we got home. The house is lovely and very comfy. If we come that way again we will definately be back.

Nice big home for large family gatherings!
This was a great home for our party of 11- all over age 11 yrs. Great space and location. An excellent grocery store is a short walk away. And they offer a wide selection! The bowling alley (also a short walk) was really quaint with excellent pizza! The complaints I heard from family were: needed better cleaning (dead flies on all the window sills, a sock left on one bathroom floor), LOW SUPPLIES (we were there for 5 days and were only given 4 trash bags- this was Thanksgiving too, so lots of trash; next to no hand soap anywhere), the trash had not been emptied and was already piling in the garage- we had to add to that as the garbage man doesn't come until after we checked out-, and uncomfortable beds (but this is the case in most VRBO homes I've stayed in). Other than that, the space couldn't have been more perfect for our large crew. We were able to spread out or come together just as we needed. The owner even leant us a cup of flour for our Thanksgiving meal! Very kind. All the people in Loup City were super friendly. She was no exception. A great price for all that space.

Last year our stay was great, this year disappointed. Spent an hour cleaning when we arrived.
Needs a thorough cleaning, carpets need professionally cleaned. Flies and beetles were all over the house. Sheets need replaced, some electrical outlets didn't work, TV did not work. This is a beautiful house, hope it is maintained better!

I apologize for the condition of the house. I have spoken to our cleaning lady and this will not happen again. The TV situation should be fixed. The wind blew the dish out of place and has been repaired. The outlets in the house will all be checked and sheets also. I try to keep on top of these things but sometimes it takes someone letting us know we've missed something. Thank you for your stay and I hope you'll give us another chance.

Almost Home!
We rented the Victorian House from August 4-8, 2016 for our stay in Loup City for Oltman-Gorecki wedding. This house has all the amenities of home; we were able to come and go as we pleased and eat whenever we desired. The house had all necessary conveniences and so close to everything. This is a definite plus for the community and I will definitely be reserving again for my next visit to the area. Thank you so much for the hospitality

VRBO Victorian House with Great Accomodations.
Eight couples shared the Victorian House for two nights. The house is equipped nicely in the kitchen and bathrooms. Our group commented on the fact that people could be together yet enjoy their own space. It was clean and well kept. We would definitely recommend this house to others, but then we may be in competition for this hidden gem.

Coming back again!!
Very impressed with size of house as we had 10 of us staying there and it didn't seem crowded. We enjoy relaxing on porch along with the quiet and friendliness of the town. Love that the grocery store was close and that we were able to cook our meals at house. Looking forward to coming back next year as it looks like we maybe back again.

Perfect vacation
We were in the Victorian rental for 2 nights . Our family as well as two other families were there with 3 kids and a dog. Absolutely wonderful experience for us as well as the kids who were really sad to leave the place Sunday morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation time, with a day being windy and cold we spent most of the time in the house. So many rooms and the big dining space accommodated everyone whether it is during night or during the day. Very clean and nicely maintained with a whole separate basement that can be treated as a totally separate space for a single family. Kids spent a lot of time in the basement with the TV and all the arrangements - can't wait to go back.

Great getaway!
This beautiful property housed six couples and their kids for wonderful weekend. The property is well equipped with indoor/outdoor games as well as all the comforts of home. It's just two blocks from downtown so it's an easy walk to the grocery store or bowling alley. Plenty of room for everyone and a great experience!

Wonderful for large family!
Had a wonderful time with 5 children under 7 and 6 adults---3 generations. We weren't on top of each other -- had plenty of space to be apart or together. Too cold to go outside, so inside was a must. Kitchen big enough to accommodate everyone making their dish for Thanksgiving, including the turkey. We were trying to find a 1/2 way place between Lincoln and Denver. This is further for the Denverites, but very doable. Thanks for the great house!
