Located in the heart of Jordan Village in Cupecoy, a charming and desirable neighborhood. This elegant and modern green setting is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay by the water, with its view and access to the beautiful lagoon of SAINT MARTIN.

- The master bedroom has a comfortable BIG BED where you can relax and enjoy the lagoon view from your window.

A Home away from home
This place has everything you need from the location to the amenities to do your own cooking and relax in a home away from home. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs and was very professional. One thing to keep in mind pack your bug spray because of the mosquitoes due to the lagoon near by. All in all the best vacation spot in the lowlands

Very new and clean. Convenient location on the water.
We had 2 relaxing weeks on the island of Sint Maarten. This property is located in the Cupecoy area with walking distance to several restaurants and a small grocery store. This apartment is new and very clean, with a beautiful veranda and walk-out to the water. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Deborah responded right away when there were questions. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful vacation rental. We rented a car for the 2 weeks which gave us the opportunity to explore the island.
