"My wife stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. The manager Virginia went above and beyond with helping us get a clean and an affordable room. The entire staff are very personable, my mother-in-law was in the UMC hospital for almost two weeks, and the hotel staff were very accommodating without having to change rooms each time my wife had to prolong her stay due to my mother-in-law not being discharged. Breakfast was always fresh and there was plenty for guests without anyone having to wait. "

"A pleasant stay. Rooms are large and have just about everything you need. Breakfast was ok but there was protein (meat). Fountain Dr. Pepper was very tasteless and flat. Only had sugar free drinks in bottles. Bathrobes were supposed to be provided and were not in room. We will definitely be staying again! "

"This stay was an odd combination of “excellent” and “okay.” For the two-story facility, there were trolleys but no elevators. For the 3-story “extended stay” facility, there were elevators but no trolleys. Heat and air conditioning was okay, but a little feisty. Beds were comfortable. Cleanliness was top notch. Refrigerator had no freezer compartment. The nights were nice and quiet. We were given a “suite” in extended stay since we are elderly and couldn’t manage the stairs in the main building. It was roomy and nice for the reduced Hotels.com price."
