Very pleased with our stay here. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. AC in the room worked great. A lot of the hotels in Lubbock have become dated. This hotel appears to be fairly new and the pricing was very reasonable.

Our stay was excellent. The property was conveniently located to our reason for visiting Lubbock and everything about the hotel exceeded expectations......clean, well appointed, friendly staff (especially the front desk person on the night shift). The breakfast and bar area were very clean and well cared for. The breakfast was well stocked, delicious and the attendant was friendly and efficient. Likewise, the night shift front desk person, who also took care of the bar, was friendly and efficient.

The beds were comfortable and the AC was quiet and cold. It was a welcome break from the July heat! Check in was smooth and orderly. The agent was friendly and professional. I'm not normally a hotel breakfast buffet fan, but I thought it was very good. We appreciated the welcome table in the foyer which contained a biscuits for dogs and a bowl of fruit for their owners! The next time we travel through town with our dog, we'll be sure to return. I highly recommend!
