The location was convenient. It does have an indoor poor, but it's not heated. The hotel room is exactly like a loft. The bathroom has an opening in the wall allowing others in the bedroom area to see into the shower. My husband stuffed towels in the opening to keep the kids from looking into the bathroom. The shower water pressure isn't the greatest either. The room does come with a small fridge, but does not have a microwave or an iron/ironing board. You have to ask for those items.

The hotel was very clean and very convenient located near a shopping mall. The beds were comfortable and we really liked the corner banquette seat with table inside the room. I wish the room had another dresser or a rack to unpack a suitcase because there wasn’t enough furniture. We liked to have access to a mini fridge and a safe in the room. We had a relaxing time at the WXYZ bar playing a board game and getting a drink. The pool looked very nice but we didn’t use it (maybe next time we will come prepared). It was also good for us that the hotel is dog friendly and we were able to travel with our dogs. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely we will come back in the future.

I’ll start with the positives. The room was pretty clean, the pool was open, and the hotel was very quiet. The cons, the pool bathroom was disgusting, the concrete surrounding the pool was gross with gum and the water was pooling in a lot of area, the sliding door to the bathroom had to be shut ever so gently or else it would roll back, and ordering breakfast was solely takeout style. The food was good but it just felt weird to order a waffle at the check-in desk and it’s brought to you in a to-go container. I wish the snack area was more diverse as well. Overall, our stay was okay, but we won’t be back.

I have been traveling for weeks and actually was in my hometown just needing a spot to be out the house for the night…anyways this place is the best motel I have ever stayed at. The staff was extremely professional, helpful and kind. I was having a really bad day and they made me feel safe and welcomed, I really needed it. I paid $300 for a room in San Antonio and didn’t even touch the amazing environment I received at Aloft. I will choose this hotel everytime!

I enjoyed my stay, it was my first time staying at an Aloft property. Courteous staff, easy check-in/-out, spacious and comfortable lobby lounge area, the bar service and selection was great, clean and cozy room, fair price, convenient location, safe area of town - the works. Looking forward to a future weekend excursion at Aloft.

The room was clean! Love the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Idk about the bar. It never open while I was there. They had one housekeeper that was very sweet. She came in and made our bed. I hope she had a great Birthday! I like they were PET FRIENDLY 💕.
