The hotel was very new and nice. Rooms were large and beds comfortable. My only complaint was that the restaurant was closed because the employee handling it was sick. One main reason I paid a little more to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was that it had a restaurant. Other than that it was OK.

It smelled oddly like pickles (so probably vinegar) in the halls. The pool’s chlorine was so strong that our kids opted not to swim at all because it hurt to breathe. I was also sad to see no hot tub and no continental breakfast. The staff were wonderful especially since the system crashed, but I don’t think we would stay again simply for the reasons listed.

We were late arrivals, but the staff treated us with a big sincere smile & was very pleasant after a long drive. Wish the breakfast was included, but we knew it wasn’t up front. It smelt amazing though. Everything was nice, would stay again if in the area.

The hotel in general was beautiful. The room appeared clean but when i fell asleep , pulled the comforter up, i smelled old dirty laundry. It really needed to be washed. After that, nothing felt clean. Also, three big towels for a room of four people. Something so simple but irritating at the same time.

The hotel was really nice. We had went there for a reunion and Daniel did a wonderful job setting up our banquet room and making sure we didn’t need anything. Our food was wonderful, great job. Now the breakfast was fair. I ordered off the menu and ya’ll went to the buffet a got what I ordered and served me. But did make it right!

Staff was wonderful, booked here for convenience to be close to Doctors early morning procedure! Thought rates were little to high plus breakfast price was not included! Never seen that before & besides husband had 1 pieces toast only because that’s all he could have.

The hotel and the staff were great. This wasn’t an issue for me since I stayed only for one night, but I think for a longer stay, the hotel felt somewhat far from other things in the city — not a big deal.
