"We left something in the room. We know exactly where we left it. It was a graduation gift. Called the hotel to come back and get it. They claim they never found it; however, we know it was left in the room. We described the location where it was left, the size, shape, and color. Stated it was a graduation gift and very special. They claimed the housekeeper never saw it. That’s impossible. We are convinced the housekeeper kept it and never turned it in."
