“This place is disgusting. Room was never cleaned before I checked in. The bed was made to make it look clean. But the sheets, and pillows, had fresh stains everywhere on them. Sofa was covered in glitter and stains. Fridge didn't work. Carpet was sticky. Toothpaste and snot in the sink from previous renter. Hair everywhere. Broken toilet seat. Cigarette butts on floors in hallways. Staff was no help, and refused a refund for my booking. Expedia was no help either. And said they won't refund it……

“The room looked clean, but the beds where horrible, they had nothing left inside the mattresses. I had a cockroach run from under the desk when I moved the chair. Overall I don't know how this place is still in business. It should be illegal. My family and I didnt even end up staying there. We found a much much safer, cleaner Hotel few miles down the road at the same price.”

“My room was dirty there was two kid toys in the bed under the sheets. And the ac was working terribly it was so humid in the room”

“Crack hotel with holes in the wall roaches and flies. Mold in the restroom and furniture from 1980. Disgusting.”

“The 1st room I was checked into smelled so bad! Like wet dogs were left in the room and it was full of flies. It was the most disgusting mess ever, so then I was moved to another room with no towels, no toilet paper and the a/c didn't work at all. I went down to ask if someone could just look at the a/c and was immediately told I could just be refunded there were no other available rooms. But I walked by 10-12 rooms that were empty cuz you know they leave the curtains open. This was 12:45am on……
