Staff was nice and facility was clean. However it’s run down. The door to our room had stripped/chipped paint. The bathroom had cracks in the wall and what appeared to be mold on the ceiling. Breakfast was the same hot items everyday, pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuit. Some variety would have been nice.

Breakfast was very nice. Bathroom was outdated and the shower was pretty gross. The elevators are under construction and it was extremely humid in the interior of the hotel. This is nice for a budget stay but I would not choose to stay there again.

Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast my husband was thrilled that they were serving biscuits and gravy. Joe, the gentleman serving the breakfast was amazing- not only did he put together a great breakfast. He was super helpful and very friendly. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in the area.

Driving back from Colorado with our two teenage children we needed a clean, comfortable, and spacious place to get a good night's rest. The Comfort Inn & Suites in Lubbock was just what we were looking for. It's also close to all the eateries that we love. We upgraded to the two King Size beds and it made all the difference.

I stayed 4 nights in Durango comfort INN excellent service/aminities and lot of good. So i booked Lubbock's Comfort-Inn but i felt really bad when i saw there is no water in general comfort-inn durango served us both lemon & cucumber water for us 24/7 thye used to refill all the time along with popcorn i felt its a nice gesture...where as Lubbock one is quiet opposite nothing served. So had a very bad customer expereince at Lobbock Comfort INN.
