The price per night was inflated due to Texas Tech having a home game. The condition of our room was very poor - mold, peeling paint, torn curtains. The door doesn’t latch well. We couldn’t leave due to no other options available. Buyer be ware.

Room definitely showing it's wear and tear. AC unit sounded like a motorcycle engine all night long. Bed mattresses were old and had sink holes. Room towels were worn out. Definitely not worth $200 a night.

Booked a room and paid for it then not allowed to stay and was told multiple excuses why and then said it was a no show so they wouldn't have to refund the money! I would not risk your money with these people.

I am requesting a refund! They allowed someone to repair their vehicle right outside our window. They were beating on a wheel with a hammer for over 2 hours. After several trips to the front desk where they didn’t help at all we left. Yes had our tv on and still couldn’t sleep because of the noise.

I would not recommend this place. It smelled like rotten food when you walked in the front doors. Everything from floors, counters, and public spaces were dirty and were not maintained. The smoke detector battery was beeping in the middle of the night. We called the front desk, they had no replacement batteries, and asked what they were supposed to do. We informed them we couldn’t sleep with the noise. A guy came and ripped it off of the ceiling. It wasn’t replaced or fixed for the next 2 days we were there. The spa was broken and they said it had been like that for a while. There were old dirty and crusty socks in the gym. It was obvious they don’t clean or maintain anything. I would NOT recommend staying there.

This is our favorite place to stay. The housekeeping staff is wonderful, the free breakfast is plentiful, lots of choices, and it’s always hot and fresh. The staff is wonderful and the pool was perfect.

Night staff was on the phone with a friend entire time while checking us in. Did not explain anything i had to ask about breakfast and pool hrs. Morning staff was chatting amongst themselves but polite when a guest came up. Place is average but cheap. Also for a while was the only place with a working jacuzzi.

The hotel was not the beast our room had an old smell to it! It was dirty! Our bathroom door was broken and could not close it all the way without it getting stuck. Went to take our kid to swim almost all the chairs were broken in there and the hot tub did not work! The patio that was attached to the pool outside was filthy full of beer cans! Our beds were okay woke up with a sore back! Definitely not be staying there again
