Stains and dirty hallways and LOTS of activities in the hallways, but room was clean and nice accomodations. Not the worst I’ve been to, by far! But not the best either! Would definitely stay there again!

My room was dirty. I wiped everything down with wipes and my hand was clearly outlined from the dirtiness/ room was full of flies. Every time I went in or out of the hotel, there were people outside smoking weed or drunk. I tried to get ice and I counted 4 cigarette butts just under where once would place bucket to get ice. I checked out a whole night earlier because I just couldn’t stand it.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. Checked in around 1am completely exhausted. Got in room and there were cockroaches on the door. Wall behind toilet was rotten and falling apart. The floor was nasty and sticky. The washcloth folded up on the sink was stuck together. We all left the next morning and checked out. Will never be back. Will never recommend.

it was like traveling in time back to 1973. The sign on the door warns its a Smoking friendly property and had a fog machine going. Staff was fine, room was clean-ish but maybe a fresh coat of paint. Surprised it didnt take quarters for the bed to shake.

This place was completely nasty. I can not even begin to describe it. The doors walking into the hotel where cover with finger prints, dirt. The check in was easy. The room smelled of mildew, the thermostat had no knobs, the ceiling tiles were caving in in the bathroom. We checked in at 1 am after 12 hrs on the road, only stayed because I was exhausted.

The guy was very rude, at the front desk. He didn’t want to fix my room keys and he’s the one that supposedly fixed them the first time.I went back and forth twice, walking from the third floor because the elevators never worked. He had the stinkiest, rudest attitude and I never got the keys to the room fixed, until I had to walk back down the next morning.

This place is beyond seedy. The staff were nice and helpful but the hot tub was not working, the internet was not available and the ice machine was on another floor. The elevator was not working and the outside doors were propped open. The room smelled like sewage. I wish I had booked somewhere else.

Horrible experience
At check in there were some shady guys hanging around the check in desk. As the lady was checking us in she was going on about how these guys weren’t supposed to be there and she was calling the police. We open the door to our room which smelled absolutely horrible. Animal urine I am assuming. There was blood on an already stained bed spread. We turned right back around and went back to the check in to ask for a refund. She apologized while going on about how the housekeeper for that room was high on something that morning. Said she could not refund our payment. Called a manager and said it would be 8-10 buisness days before we got a refund. This place is really bad.

Pool issues
It really bothered me that when I decided to take my kids to the pool the office lady was telling us we needed to keep it down because people were trying to sleep. This was at 6:30pm and the Pool area does echo. It is posted no loud noises after 11. Wasn’t much we could do about noise. Just maybe if workers are going to be staying there their rooms should probably be on the opposite side of the pool. And they decided to record our children swimming and playing. I think it was an unrealistic complaint it being children at 6pm especially if the pool doesn’t close til 8.

The manager Kim did not give me my deposit due to a pen ink stain on the sheet. I expressed that I was doing homework and it can come out and she stated "you ruined my sheets". There was a roach in my room.

My experience was horrible. The building smelled y bad. My a/c didn’t work had reception call maintenance and never got fixed. The toilet didn’t flush. The curtains were all falling had so much light coming in. Had to leave early cause I felt unsafe there

Stay away! This is a DUMP
Very disappointed! Super dirty and rude employees. Clear No Smoking signs at front entrance and employees sitting right there smoking so that every guest walking in or out has to smell their smoke. Very poor condition and horrible cleanliness.

The atrium with large pool was pretty. The sink and tub didn’t have a working stoppers so only a shower could be taken vs. a bath.
