It was convenient to see the sunrise, next to a friendly terrific bar, great restaurant and very easy access to Campobello, FDR's summer home. Everyone was smiling, friendly, and helpful. Patrick was a great host - coffee was ready for our 5 am jaunt t see the sunrise and there was fruit readily available. The location is excellent, right on a waterfront street. Our room was spotless and comfortably appointed. The "help yourself" continental kitchen was helpful as many of Lubec's businesses struggle to stay open, and breakfast choices are very limited this year. The unit itself was super clean and well appointed. He added the special touches of providing towels, shampoo, soap and a light continental breakfast. All of this was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The location is on the water, close to other establishments and very close to the bridge to Campobello which was our intended destination for the road race.
