"We arrived very late but this was pre arranged. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. Let us buy some water from the little shop they have. Room was clean. Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue. Our Jr. Suite was a massive size, which was perfect as we experienced some rain. We preferred to walk down to Bardolino and to other towns as well, but with plenty of parking, I know many guests drove and came and went. It truly was a relaxing and bucket list experience. "

"Chaotic. Nobody at the property to let us in when we arrive. It took 2 phone calls to get the owner to answer and give us code to enter and tell us which room we were in. Tiny bathroom with so much dirt on the extractor fan that it was worrying. Air con worked. Position was good. At check out it was the first time we saw anybody: we were told that they would only take cash and if we did not have enough we had to go to the ATM machine. When I complained that I had booked it on the credit...

"The hosts were both delightful very proud of their residence (rightly so). Robert explained how to get in and out gates and door and provided map and details of where to go to reach Verona’s walled city (10-12 minute walk) including tree lined street with stunningly beautiful residences. His charming wife prepared a delicious homemade breakfast including her own jams and condiments and for those with sweet tooth a range of freshly baked cakes to compliment the usual breakfast cold cuts, fruits...

"A lovely little hotel room, quiet, all amenities, nice balcony, lots of storage. 2 short comings was the lack of plug sockets and would have enjoyed having a tv in the bedroom area. "

Off site parking a few minutes walk away, but to be expected in any older city center in Italy...a small inconvenience considering the location for sites of interest, shopping, and dining.
