Beautiful home with a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms (1 of them with an en-suite bathroom), all bright spaces designed for your greatest enjoyment and comfort. It has air conditioning equipment and adjustable underfloor heating, fundamental aspects when thinking about total comfort.
The garden has a deck next to the grill, where you can enjoy outdoor meetings with beautiful views of the mountains.
It has a garage for 2 cars, front bars, alarm and cameras 24 hours a day.
The accommodation is located within a closed complex, in the City of Luján de Cuyo, close to first class wineries, a few meters from bike paths that connect with different points in the city of Mendoza, bus stops a few meters away, pantries nearby... a strategic place so you can easily move to all places of interest.
