“The room overall was clean. Great water pressure, but slow drain. The A/C wasn’t working as well as needed. The room always felt humid and had a smell that comes with that. Another guest had left their dogs droppings on the lawn and the walkway. I text the helpline to let them know, but when we checked out two days later, there was still dog poop that we were having to navigate around.”

“The property was great for the price! Had no issues. The only thing better for me would be a few protein options for breakfast .”

“I booked through Expedia and 10 minutes later realize I booked the wrong day. I got ahold of Expedia right away and they said the hotel could not move the reservation because it was within 24 hours. I literally called to change it within 15 minutes of booking and Expedia and the hotel refused to fix it for me so I got charged for the night that was wrong.”

“We are always looking for pet friendly places. This one is both pet friendly and close to all we wanted to do in the Two Rivers Manitowoc area. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is an older and outdated motel but they are undergoing renovations and we would definitely come back.”

“If stayed here a few days before. Including the same room I currently had book. The first day, I noticed the toilet was low flow. Also realized the room phone didn’t make calls out this time without the phone being on speaker. Me being the consumer I am I let it alone without raising a concern. The second day, the microwave overheats and the sink backed up. Which I unclogged myself. After staying up till 1 am while they pretended to fix repairs. They gave me only 10% back for the issue they……

“The breakfast buffet was cold, in our room, our bath tub was dirty, the fan above the shower was leaking a yellow/rusty color water and was collecting in the bathtub that was not draining. We had notified the front desk and he said “I apologize, this building is old” stated there was no other rooms available, but didn’t even offer a discounted rate for our room and unusable shower.”
