“Person checking us in could not understand us and did not communicate that we had requested a late check out. Sheets were absolutely filthy and looked as if they had been previously slept on. We had a ridiculous time getting toilet paper and person at reception 5 was rude. The towels were awful and smelled like cat urine. The toilet paper had been previously wet.
