"Pluses: 1. The location was accessible to restaurants and public transport. 2. The size of the rooms is good enough for a family of four. We didn't stay in the room other than for sleep, so the space was not a big deal, but if you are looking for a room to relax, this won't be the right choice, but for NYC, this is good enough. 3. The bed was really good, I turn around a lot in sleep, my spouse didn't feel it. It was really comfortable. Minor minuses: 1. The complaint we had was that there was no water for a brief few hours the next day of our arrival. We checked in late at night, due to the water shutoff, we had to get ready early to avoid being stuck for long. This was not notified when we checked in by the staff; we almost missed the notice in the room until my kid picked it up and tried to read it. 2. The AC didn't work that well to circulate air. I left the window open a bit,t but it was 40's outside, so we shut it off. The exhaust in the bathroom didn't work either. Except for these minor inconveniences, the stay was ok to roam NYC."

"My daughter and I really enjoyed this quaint hotel, and the staff was super helpful. My only complaint was the noise in the mornings from the doors near our room being opened and shut frequently from the cleaning staff."

"Room was clean and comfortable but no coffee was provided. Hotel includes a “destination fee” but you get $15 to spend in the very overpriced market. Stay was very quiet during the week but was a little bit rowdier on weekend - would recommend asking for a room away from elevators. Area in front of hotel is a little sketch/gross due to the vacant storefront next door attracting homeless and had an overall urine smell. Location was otherwise great."

"The rooms were very small. The “superior” room was so small it had neither a desk nor a chair. The “closet” would hold only 5 items and the suitcase had to sit on the floor or the heating register. The window showed only windows of the same building. Don’t stay there unless you simply want to be in that area and park your luggage somewhere."

"Nice hotel, but not what I was expecting for the price. If there were amenities, I didn't notice any. I paid for a better view, and wasn't really happy with what I got, but that may just be how it goes sometimes. I wouldn't stay here again though. I'm positive I could have gotten a hotel better suited to my tastes, probably at a lower price."
