Last-minute hotel deals in Oceanside

I'm a regular at Pod 39 when I come to NYC by myself. It's very minimalist and if I was planning to spend more time in my room, I'd go elsewhere, but exactly what I need when I'm in the city to see shows and check out some exhibitions. Always clean and my room is always ready when I arrive (which has not been my experience at other NYC hotels).

Very new interior. A good deal compared with other hotels in the area. Nice midtown location. Nearby subway and bus. Nice little cafe inside hotel (and bar in late afternoon and evening. Rooms while not large are big enough and larger than many hotels.

I usually find myself not entirely comfortable in hotels. This was far from true at Citizen M Bowery! The attention to details in the rooms was inspired and thoughtful. I specifically found the shower to be comfortable, great pressure, never running out of hot water, and easy to maneuver in. The whole room was like that. You feel comfortable. This is a well maintained property in a safe walkable part of Midtown East. I would def stay here again (I'm tri-state and travel to the city often). One note for non-tech folks, there are no room keys, it's all done on your phone through an app. I've stay at hotels where this was an option, but for this hotel it is the only option. This does allow you to set everything up before arrival (maybe after you have stayed a few times), having said that there was a staff member there to help me through...

Great location! Nice having breaking

This hotel was perfect for our NYC weekend trip. Chinatown was walkable and the food options were plentiful. The F train was a quick 5 minute walk that allowed us to access everything easily. The hotel itself was clean, looked and felt updated and had all basic necessities. The lobby had coffee and tea station but more importantly a water bottle filler machine. Bed linens were very soft and comfy. Highly Recommend!!!

This was a nice, clean hotel but the clientele wasn't the best caliber of people. Is this place a halfway house too? I will say the check-in process was lightning-quick! Less than five minutes in all!!!!

The Park Terrace is an antidote to large hotels. The check-in process is mercifully quick and painless - with real people to make sure that you get properly situated. Love this hotel. Great location and great staff. The back outdoor space is lovely and the on site coffee shop has great products. Third time staying here.

A charming boutique style hotel, well located and warm welcoming. the Suites are charming and small and in the back of the building without a view but they are supper quiet and private.
