"Breakfast was very good… bar staff proficient and congenial…room clean and housecleaning staff , proficient and congenial…location convenient… ONLY OBJECTION was being ambushed at check in with unexpected charges & resort fee!! Won’t patronize Bonvoy in the future or recommend it!"

"The room was good and the location is excellent, our room had some noises which kept my wife up and there was a nearly $45 a night destination fee. If there is noise for you, you can ask to switch rooms. "

"Hotel Henri is the perfect location to get around Manhattan. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean and tidy, and a good size for two of us. The lighting in both the room and bathroom was not super ideal. The mirrors in the bedroom even had a dark tint to them, so it was hard to see any detail. The bed was ok, not super comfortable but we made do. Overall, this hotel is a good budget option and I would recommend if you’re looking for that option in a prime location. "

"Loved our stay overall, staff member Imani was so attentive and helpful, it was much appreciated. Our only critique was the room being a little too warm for our comfort. They sent a technician to work on it and it got better for a bit but then would revert back. Other than that, location was great, the rooftop bars were great, and staff was great."
