I stayed for two nights & the employees were great! However the pool was dirty & the hot tub did not work. This property is not that old so I’m not sure what was goin on. But maintenance seems to be an issue.

The property was fine. We didn't have enough towels and getting more was a challenge. The tissue box literally had one tissue that was positioned for decoration. It also seemed like the AC would reset in during the night so it was warmer in the morning than what the room was set for at night.

The room was clean, but the amenities such as the pool were dirty.. the employee said that it was because they just painted the bottom but it was algae green spots on the bottom and a bunch of bugs floating in the pool. (It was an indoor pool)

Breakfast was ok, not particularly extraordinary. Sometimes I had to wait for a while to get stuff like eggs, waffle batter, etc. There was usually one person only trying to keep the breakfast dining room running even though there were 15-20 guests there. Beware of the location. There is not really much around it and San Antonio is still a good 20 minute drive away.

Fraudulent Hotel
We drove to Texas from Florida to move into our new home and needed a place to stay the night before closing. We searched "pet friendly" hotels on hotels.com because our family pet, "Tuesday" the dog, was with us. Best Western was the closest hotel and very specifically highlighted the fact that it was pet friendly. When we arrived and went to check-in, they informed us that the hotel was in fact NOT pet friendly. No big deal, BUT, the hotel refused to refund us our money, roughly $130. We called hotels.com AND the hotel several times, both playing the "blame game" on each other, ultimately landing on the fact that the decision was up to the hotel and they firmly refused, even though we were never able to check-in and had only booked the hotel 10-15 mins prior to arriving (meaning that we did not prevent them from selling the room to anyone else and then cancel last min). I screenshotted the hotel description reflecting that it was pet friendly (on hotels.com) and disputed the charge with my bank. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service here. Pretty disappointing being that they were one of the newer hotels in Lytle. I would suggest renting an airbnb instead.

Flew in to buy a car from someone living in Natalia as recommended by them. Probably the nicest place to stay within 30 miles. Front desk staff was nice, room was clean, as always, good breakfast. thanks.

Front Desk needs training on customer service!
I reserved two rooms. One room with two queen beds had a stain and hair on the sheets. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude on check in to my team. She asked for a credit card for a $200 incidental charge. When they asked why this was such a high amount, she refused to answer them. She never told them the Wi-Fi password, or what time breakfast was served. Not a warm welcome.

Nice little getaway
It was quite, the gentleman who I came into contact with at breakfast was an older man who was super friendly. Everything was nice, room was clean, the blanket was cozy and just a nice area. They also had a lot of channels for the tv which came in handy winding down in the evenings.
