“This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park.”

“This was an incredible location for my momcation! My room was right on the river which was practically outside my door. I had a beautifully furnished room with a full kitchen and wonderful bathroom. I will be back!”

“The room was clean and functional, the front desk staff were friendly, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was hot (though nothing special). My only complaint is that my room was right by the breakfast dining room and I could easily hear the noise through the door in the morning. Other than that, great stay!”

“I see the reviews on this hotel are mixed. It was an excellent stay for my spouse and I, but I don’t think it’s for everyone. It’s unique. If you are looking for a luxury inn, or a copy/paste-style corporate hotel, you’re looking at the wrong property. We LOVED it here! The rooms are somewhat tiny, and yes, a bit dated. But they were clean and comfy. Yes, housekeeping is every other day, but for only two people- how many towels were we *really* using in a day? The staff were all fantastic,……

“Was charged extra $50 for dog when I had specificity reserved a pet friendly room. This was not mentioned in Expedia. Also the complementary breakfast was for just 2 people in our party of 4! Had to sign a waiver where if the dog barks they would install a barker unit to stop that. This was also not on Expedia. Please look into all this before you sign up for this location.”
