“It is a rustic motel that you park by the door to your room. I made a mistake making our reservation , only reserved for 1 night instead of the 2 we wanted but they found us another room for the second night. Staff was very helpful. Very clean. Showers were for short people. We did not use the pool but it looked clean. The continental breakfast was very simple. Fruit and cereal but we found a good breakfast place fairly close for eggs.”

“Alpine Trail Ridge Inn is only 2 miles from the east entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, making it very convenient. The rooms are also very clean.”

“No hot tub towels were provided and we paid more for a private hot tub it took 2 hours to get them there were no steps to the hot tub so it was hard to get into and the lid opener was broken so it was hard to open it we reported a constant drip in the shower and was told it would be fixed in 2 days 4 nights later no update and it wasn't fixed pillows and bed was hard and uncomfortable the property is small and disappointing I would choose another hotel in the area”

“Nicely remodeled and upgraded rooms. Single level. Staff was helpful. Seemed like lots of rules about towels, etc. also, perhaps a little too much odor from heavy cleaners, like fabuloso or odor killing stuff. I don’t know why as the room seemed to be fairly new remodel and no odor from construction type materials, just this heavy cleaners, deodorizer type smell. Got over it and we enjoyed the stay. Has refrigerator and microwave so, you could store a little food or leftovers and reheat.”

“Dog hair all over room, founf pieces of dog food in the room, found a pill next to the bed, tub was nasty, xfinity box hanging from the wall by a cable, stains on bed blanket and pillowcases and sheets, tear in sheets No one at front desk for check in or out - had to call them. They also told us there was no breakfast but they would have coffee in desk area but all locked up and no one there 6:30 in the morning so no cofffee Would NEVER stay here again”
