But they definitely seemed to be having less and less amenities and care about their clients. You can't even get a bottle of water or anything to drink if you need something to drink anywhere on the property. The front desk staff could care less about the questions that I was asking them and was getting like short one word answers from two different staff members on two different days it was like I was bothering them by asking them questions about the area or where I can go get some things to drink. Apparently the hot tub also closes at 8:30 p.m. which seems very early for any hotel anywhere. The rooms are just very dated from the last few times we stayed there, tv's are like 24 inch with no smart features at all, cant even pull up netflix or any other streaming or movie features. it is a comfortable room despite all this. The maids were excellent. We were never able to use the televisions, we couldn't program them. The room was super clean, had a kitchenette that had everything you needed to cook your own meals, the fireplace kept the room warm to where you didn't need the regular heater, and the staff running the check-in office were very friendly, efficient, and set up a great continental breakfast. The inn is just far away enough from Estes Park to have a peaceful stay.
