“We didn't use the jacuzzi tub but it looked clean and inviting! Loved the pet area with bags and disposal! We went to a concert at the Stanley Hotel and it was very close with easy access. The hosts were very responsive! We thank Rustic Acres for a cozy home away from home!”

“Lots of communication from the host before and during our stay. I had some issues with my last payment and had to call VRBO to resolve it, but the host was fantastic. The cabin was clean and comfortable with beautiful views from almost every window. It was bright and sunny, excellent location for us, and well equipped. We used the fireplace every day. Loved it. ”

“Had a wonderful, perfect location, great amenities, and was perfect for two people. Two issues we had though. 1) As a person with sever allergies I had a major allergy attack the first night due to the very fragrant air fresheners. We had to lock the air fresheners away and bring them back out when we left. 2) The wifi was very slow to the point it didn't work. ”

“Overall, the condo is very nice and we would stay here again. The on-site caretaker Brandon was very attentive and helpful. However, There were a few issues that knocked off a star:- Checkout is very early (10a) and they charge 30 for late checkout at noon.- There is no TV in the master bedroom. There is only one TV in the condo.- There is no coffee in the living room. (this sounds picky, but it's annoying not to have a coffee table for drinks and snacks while watching TV. It's a weird……

“Hi. Nice cozy room butRotting desk & steps - dangerous Partial rotting threshold going into bedroom. Bathroom chair rails & molding was all yellow with per & fan slats yellow - I cleaned with wipe. Bed mattress very loud. No decaf beverage choice… even decaf tea would have been nice(I have high BP so can’t do caffeine). Thank you for shoveling but put sand down- walkway & parking lot at angle- very slippery. You do not want people falling. Hard to find at night & day! Maybe a little bigger sign……
