“This was the fourth time we have stayed here. The location is close to our Madison family and we love the front porch!”

“Charming cottage property in old Nashville easy to get downtown and close to shopping. We stayed a longer duration for medical visits to Vanderbilt only 20 minutes away. My favorite room was the book nook n the loft great place to read and watch nature.”

“This place rocked and will be back soon, place was nice and organized to the T! Loved it and its convenient location and you are next to EVERYTHING and the host was super nice and informative”

“The owner had recommendations fir restaurants and we found a small burger place that was excellent. The house was well stocked and immaculate. I would recommend this place for your Nashville stay.”

“This is a great house with a Nashville vibe in a quiet neighborhood. A close Uber ride or drive to everything the city has to offer. The house has lots of amenities to keep you occupied. Both the inside areas and outdoor areas are very comfortable and useful. Would 100% stay again.”

“Amazing spot. Close to downtown, s0hopping and resturaunts without the city feel. Great outside space wth River views. Property was clean and owner was quick with communicating! I would definately recommend this property!”

“Everything I expected”

“Good hot breakfast.”

“Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. I'm a sensitive sleeper, but I had no problems sleeping here. It was very quiet. Parking is easy and breakfast was solid. It's definitely quieter staying here than in downtown Nashville and it's an easy drive to get between the 2 locations. I would stay here again.”
