Sharing Co presents this cozy property with a pool, air conditioning, heating, and unmissable views. It is located in a strategic area of Madrid, 15 minutes walking from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, ideal for tourists, couples, or remote workers.   
  
The property is located in a central area of Madrid next to a variety of metro stations and perfectly connected with the main points of interest in the city. Located on the ninth floor and with an elevator, this property stands out for its cozy spaces. It is decorated with neutral tones and has everything necessary for an unforgettable stay. With a double bed bedroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom with WC and Shower perfect for relaxing baths that you will look for at the end of each day exploring the wonders of the city and a living room with sofa, coffee table, TV with cable next to the four-seat dining room, the ideal space to live unforgettable moments of interaction and comfort. The kitchen is small but modern and has all the services and cookware you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Additionally, it has a common use pool in an attic with unbeatable views. If you want to live your next adventure in Madrid in a warm place that makes you feel at home, this property is for you!

The property is located between the Tetuán and Chamartín districts, one of the best places to stay in Madrid, and it is the perfect area for those who love being close to the city center and its main points of interest, while being away from the characteristic noise and hustle of its streets. You will stay in a typical Madrid area where its streets are filled with the representative culture of the city, where each of its streets tells a story that surrounds and captivates you.   
  
This area is very well connected in the heart of the gastronomic golden mile and offers a wide cultural offer and numerous green and landscaped areas. You will be just steps away from the National Music Auditorium, the Natural Sciences Museum, the City Museum, Berlin Park, the Canal de Isabel II Park, 14 kilometers from the airport, 6 from the iconic Puerta del Sol, the Courts of Plaza de Castilla, and if you are a football lover, you will find the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, where Real Madrid plays its most legendary matches, just a few meters away.   
  
Perfectly connected with the main points of the city. A few steps away, you will have Valdecearras and Plaza de Castilla metro stations from where you can access metro lines: L1, L9, and L10 that will connect you with all points of the city. Additionally, if you bring your car, you will have parking for an additional 200€.   
  
For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
