Great Area
Perfect for walking everywhere. A little tricky to access room at first, but then easy to manage. A few minor details missed: no xtra garbage bags, lightbulb in living area missing. Very much appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and supplied coffee. Would stay again.

Dear Lisa, Thanks for your comments. I think you hadn't seen how to switch on the light in the living room. Of course, the room has the light. You should have contacted me so I could tell you where it is. In fact, nobody ever had a problem knowing how to switch the light. I think the extra garbage bags are next to bin. Looking forward to having as a guest again. Kind regards

Short break in Madrid
This is a lovely, clean apartment, perfect for a short break in Madrid. Haas is very hospitable, thank you to him. The apartment is a 10 min walk from the Royal palace and all other tourist attractions are within easy reach. If I was going to Madrid again then I would definitely stay here!

Perfect for daily walks location!
I stayed for five days in Madrid this July, and as described by others, apartment is located in the good part of town, not too far and not too close to all tourist attractions. It’s perfect for daily walks through the central part. I enjoyed my stay and Hass hospitality! I wouldn’t mind to come back again! Thank you! Galina, California.

This apartment was very clean and efficient!
Exactly as described! Close to the metro and tourist attractions. Short walks away! I would recommend this apartment and would book again if ever back in Madrid!

A great place. Conveniently located to metro and cultural sites.

Petit loft très cosy
Très bon séjour à Madrid dans ce studio très lumineux, conforme aux photos. Le quartier est calme, le petit plus un arrêt de bus devant l'entrée qui permet de rayonner dans tous les quartiers de Madrid, ville très étendue. Je recommande cette location très agréable et propre.
