Beautifully renovated and very tastefully furnished apartment from 1880, where everything is new. Located in one of the most emblematic areas of the city, on Fuencarral street, between Malasaña and Chueca. Walking distance from world famous landmarks such as the Royal Palace, Gran Vía, Plaza Cibeles, Plaza Mayor, Plaza del Sol and Puerta de Alcalá. 10% of the rent is donated to provide shelter for Ukrainian refugees, a small contribution to those in need.

Enjoy a King Bed in the Master Bedroom which is in Suite, and Queen sleepers in the Second Bedroom and the Living Room. A fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, oven, microwave and dishwasher. All necessary linen and towels are provided, as well as toiletries for the first few days.

An amazing girls trip in Madrid
What an absolute gem of a place to stay! The apartment is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The host was wonderful to communicate with and made an effort to answer all my questions. The woman who greeted us was so kind and she even mapped out for us some itineraries around the neighborhood suggestions of places to go. All recommendations were spot on! She was so accommodating. I’ve never had this type of service from a host apartment before-5 star hotel service. The apartment has everything you need. The area was central and full of things to see and do but not in the middle of the touristy spots. You can walk to all tourist spots in 10-20 minutes. It was amazing as we were in a cool neighborhood with lots of shops, cafes and bars restaurants so we had everything literally downstairs. Highly recommend this host and flat!

Fabulous stay in Madrid
We had three nights in this fantastic apartment. Communication with Rudy ( owner) and Isbelia (manager) was excellent with wonderful recommendations. The apartment is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, has very comfortable beds and is in a great neighborhood. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend it.

good place, bad service
The place meets normal standards, except for broken glass in a frame posing a safety hazard. Additionally, there's noise from the street. The host attempted to charge more in fees, alleging the place was dirty, but I believe the level of cleanliness was typical after a 5-day stay. It seems they didn't allocate enough time to prepare the place for next stay and shifted blame to us. They complained about too many bags of trash and leaving lights and AC on (which wasn't true). If you stay here, expect potential extra cleanup fees unless you're extremely cautious.

Comfort, location, convenience
Thanks to our hosts for a great stay. Highlights: Restaurants and shopping close by. He provided local tips before check-in. Taxi stand around corner and Metro stop too. Live in the city. Nicely decorated apartment. Master bedroom is huge, but the 2nd is a smaller bed with own bath. Great breakfast shop just out the door. Madrid is a lovely and interesting city.

Amazing Madrid Apartment
The apartment is in a great location, right next to a metro stop. The rooms were a good size and accommodated our party of six. The check in process was easy and could not have asked for a better arrangement. The host was very responsive. Overall a great place and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Excellent apartment and owner
The apartment is conveniently located, recently renovated, nicely furnished, tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner has high standards, is friendly and responsive, replies immediately to questions, and made sure everything about our stay was as it should be. The owner's property manager is similarly excellent. We were very pleased with our rental experience and intend to rent the apartment again.

Wonderful, clean apartment in Malasaña. It’s right above a breakfast place and across from Lamucca! Isbelia met us and directed us to wonderful spots. Would definitely stay her again.

Very stylish Apt in heart of Madrid
Rudy has an amazing apartment located within walking distance of the coolest shops, eateries, and train stations. His Asst Isabelia coordinated with my family about check in days in advance and met us onsite that evening due to our late arrival. Rudy emailed me a great list of things to do all within walking distance.. he was so right about ToTo ice cream! Isabelia was helpful via Whats app and communicated readily via text. The only downside.. heated towel rack never worked and bathroom door of primary bathroom wouldn't stay shut. Awesome apartment otherwise.
